My wife and I had a $ 25 gift card to Omaha Steaks that is gotten from a client. We wanted to use it and finally went in a couple of weeks ago. $ 25 doesn’t buy much there these days, so I spent an additional $ 25 and got 4 ribeyes. We just had two of them and unfortunately wasn’t impressed. There was almost no marbling and they didn’t have much taste. We can get better steaks for less money at Costco. I’m sorry to say that we won’t be back.

Recently had a Omaha Burger at my dads house, the flavor was truly remarkable! So I ventured into this location on 1−10−15 at 1pm. I’m not afraid to drop some cash, as you get what you pay for.. however Even with the door buster specials, it was way out of my comfort zone 6 burgers $ 36 12 burgers for $ 54 I wont even discuss the steaks, chicken & desserts!!!

Awful customer service. The douche bag working that made me feel like I was on the short bus. I went to return a product. Within 30 days and with receipt in hand. You can’t give me cash? I have to wait for a check in the mail?! The guy was completely rude and disrespectful. You’re meat isn’t THAT great to be cocky over. Called corporate they offered a gift card. Never got it. Good job guys.

Pros? Very well organized, clean, modern design, prices clearly marked, nice sale/clearance items, helpful staff, no pressure sales tactics. Cons? Expensive as hell. No pictures of what you’re looking at. I was there to use a Groupon and bought something that was on sale because I just can’t spend that kind of money on steaks. As it was, the box I bought on sale(at 50% off) still was too expensive to me… plus I ended up getting another box of something that was on sale that looked intriguing. It’s a fairly small store, but it doesn’t need to be big since everything is pre-boxed and in freezers. In between the freezers are displays of things like marinades and seasonings. There was one gentleman working when I got there, and he came out from the back office as soon as I entered, asking me if he could help/if I was looking for something in particular. I just wanted to browse, so he stood quietly at the register while I poked around. He asked once more during my browsing if he could help, and when I said no thank you, he just continued waiting for me. There was no pressure to hurry or buy a huge package or anything, and while I was checking out, he did inform me of a deal(that apparently wasn’t listed anywhere) which I appreciated, even though I declined. The only reason I knocked off a star is that unless you knew exactly what you wanted(like from looking at a catalog) you just had to go by the boring stickers/labels on the boxes. I wanted to see pictures of everything – although that may have enticed me to buy more!
