It was my first time in for a pedicure and a full set for my wedding shower. Both ladies did a wonderful job Millie on the pedi and Mai on the nails. Big selection on polishes and the place has a nice atmosphere. Music is good not too loud like some other places. You can tell this place is organized and runs smoothly. And I like when the boss is checking how the customers are being serviced. The work wasn’t rushed at all even though it was late in the day. I got right in without an appointment but I am sure this place does get busy so next time I will consider an appointment. Thanks ladies. I will definitely be back.

We made it here because Luv had a line across the street. There were two of us, and we got right in. The pedi was nothing extraordinary, but they spent a long time filing (wondered if I would have any nail left-​had to ask him to stop) and scrubbing. Pretty sure he was washing my feet with antibacterial soap and he forgot the lotion. By the time I was done, my nails looked good, ok, not as good as I should have felt for paying $ 35 for a pedi when I can get the same service across the street for $ 24.

First time here today to get a Fill, and let me say first time in all my years that someone got them exactly how I asked… love love love. My girlfriend recommended this place and I am so glad she did, came yesterday for a pedi, that was amazing as well 2 thumbs up!!!

I made an appointment for 2 pedicures and they took 1 of us right away, but the other 25 minutes later. The pedicures were extremely over priced for the service and when I explained how unhappy I was they told me to call the owner Mai. I called and she wasted even more of my time. She obviously did not care about keeping my business and claimed there was nothing she could do for me. Overall it was a horrible experience.

This place is a real game changer, ladies. Best nail salon I’ve ever even considered could exist. I created a Unilocal account just so I could post about it. Seriously. Go there.
Prior to visiting this salon, I was a guest at Grace nails across Rochester from here. That particular salon was AWFUL. I’m so thankful I decided to stop at Jolie Touch. They have gained my trust and loyalty!
Jolie Touch is the BEST nail salon I have EVER been to. The owner and her employees made an effort to make sure I was pleased. The entire place was spotless, calming and comforting. There is a clear reason why this business is thriving and opening multiple locations.

I went here a few months ago to get my nails and brows done before an event. My nails turned out great and the tech was very kind and considerate.
However, getting my brows done here was horrible. It took way too long and it was crazy painful. My brows looked slightly cartoonish and the tech kept trying to up sell me.
Great place for nails but be wary of other services.

My favorite place to get my eyebrows waxed. I usually just walk in and they usually take me with 5 min or no wait. I love that they make sure that I’m happy with my eyebrows after they’re done.
Only gotten my nails done here once. It was a little quiet and awkward because she didn’t speak English but they did a great job with my nails so I didn’t mind, especially with the fair prices here. I always recommend this place to my friends.

Stopped in for a my monthly mani-​pedi. I remembered this place while stopping at the city bakery next door so I decided to stop in. Being new to the area, I’ve been trying different salons to get a feel of where I want to frequent. This salon would be one of the ones I would return to. My nail technician, Judy, was personable, attentive, and took her time.
I felt the price for the mani-​pedi, $ 45, was a bit pricey, thus why i gave 4 stars as opposed to 5. Otherwise it’s a cute salon and I walked out very satisfied with my services. Will be back ;)

Such an amazing nail experience! Love Mai the owner and her staff, everyone is so friendly and nice. Mai did an amazing job on my manicure and truly made me feel at home. My aunt and I left relaxed!

Omg I love this nail salon. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I always feel so relaxed when I am done with my services. I have been coming here for over 2 years. My favorite nail tech is Arlinda, but everyone is wonderful!!!

Great service and the customer service is excellent. Sophie is my nail tech who does my manicure and pedicures. Sophie is very easy to work with and very detail on her work.

Shouldn’t even have one star. Gel nails turned yellow from pink in four days. Researched it and found the cause was from using cheap equipment. Went back in and they first it was because I picked the wrong color. Then the offered to do it over. Since I didn’t want anything to do with them they offered a gift certificate but not for the full amount all the while speaking in their language in front of me. Stay away.

I’ve been here a few times with my mother and we keep coming back. They give great massages with pedicures and the polish lasts a long time. Their prices are also very reasonable. I have never had any of the problems that the two negative reviews have had, and I’ve been going to Jolie Nails for a while. I definitely recommend them!

Love Mai, the owner, and all of the girls. Have had my nails and toes done by about evewryone there. Great service, friendly staff. Jolie Nails has more shellac colors that anyone else I’ve ever seen. Makes it hard for me to pick. Reasonable prices too. Have Mai paint a design on your nails. She’s great!

I wish i could give this places less than 1 star.
This place is hands down the worst place. They have very unprofessional people working here. I don’t think anyone here has a nail tech certificate. I went here to get my nails done (there were no reviews on here so thought I would give them a shot).
They do not let your feet soak in before starting the pedicure and I didn’t get the name of the nail tech doing my hand but she was horrible. They cut my finger so bad that it wouldn’t stop bleeding for 3 days.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are better places in Rochester Hills.

I went there to get a mani/​pedi on a Friday because my wedding reception was the next day. I was embarrassed to go to the event with the way they looked, they looked sloppy and did not last.
They were very unprofessional and my stylist (I never got a name) was not good. Not only did the polish chip by the next day but she filed my nails crooked and I had to ask her three times to fix it and she could never understand what I was saying or fix it right. She also made a mistake on one nail and tried to fix it as opposed to start over which it ended up looking different than all the other nails. She was very quick with the whole process and did not take her time.
I also overheard them on the phone arguing with customers and saying they sold 1000 Groupons. Just wouldn’t recommend.
