Love this salon! i get my haircut once a month and i always look forward to coming back here. The stylists and other employees are so nice and helpful. I always feel good walking in.

It is also the best salon I have gone to. In terms of hair care, as I’ve experienced it. The front desk, notably as I now recall and from peripheral view of fellow reviews, needs to filter out some very poor and unfriendly attitudes. «Edgy» is not the word.
The stylists and shampoo’g apprentices are excellent. Warm, creative and high ethic environment. Any stylist I have even walked-​in to, so to speak, has exceeded expectations. And 2 that I’ve used most (1 more than another simply because the other is a mom and works less days at the salon) have been great about color techniques and helping to get my hair to its next stages. I love them.

I have tried many salons in the 25 years I have lived in the area, this salon and its staff is far the best I have found. I am a weekly customer and whomever I get to do my hair, whether it be just a bow out, color or cut it is just what I like. I also use them for my waxing and pedicures and again extremely happy. There accommodations with appointments are wonderful even when I need to change an appointment. Coffee, fruity water and snacks always a nice touch. Whomever I recommend the salon to has been very happy. Thank you for your service.

I’ve been going to VC Salon for over a year now, and every experience keeps getting better and better! I’ve had amazing cuts by Lois who always listens to my requests and does exactly what I’m looking for. Jess and Gabby have given me beautiful updos for formal occasions that I received countless compliments on! Brenda gave me a pretty gel manicure that lasted over two weeks, and the price was very reasonable. VC offers an «aquafacial» which I had never hear of before, but Kelly made my skin and face look and feel flawless the week before my wedding. Most recently, I was feeling impulsive and needed some pampering in time for Valentine’s Day. Nicole at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to make this happen in time for my first v-​day as a Mrs. Tatiana gave me a beautiful and refreshing new look that I desperately needed, and she did an awesome job threading my eyebrows. The spray tan was done by Tara, and it gave me the perfect golden color for the middle of winter! I love walking in being greeted and rung up by such a warm front desk staff. Upon checkout, the girls at the front desk were able to inform me of different percentage of service options for tips which made it super easy to calculate, and they helped me pick out a new hair product for volume. Overall, my experiences have been amazing. It’s clear the staff work hard to make your salon/​spa sessions relaxing, enjoyable, and beautiful!

Emailed over a week ago to inquire regarding using them for my wedding (for some reason they were recommended by my venue). Never got back to me, so my mom decided to give it a go. My mom left a message and Nicole who called her back was rude and less than accommodating. Hello!!! We are trying to give you business for a 12 person wedding party! Needless to say that phone call was helpful because we will definitely not be using them and in the interim of them taking forever to return communication, we found a phenomenal salon!

I had a great experience here. I went in for a haircut and showed up a little early on Saturday. They had a nice layout with beverages and some snacks. Someone came over pretty quickly to let me know when my hairstylist would be available. It was my first time there and some salons can be a little intimidating. This place was great and my stylist was very friendly and listened to what I wanted and what her professional thoughts were. I was a little hesitant at first because it was a little pricey but they say you get what you paid for and I walked out loving my hair. Would definitely go there again.

Busy salon lacks customer service. The whole experience was deplorable except for the pedicure. I was called to the registration desk as the «next customer», told to wait for my pedicure and was not spoken to directly for 20 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 p.m. and not seen for 40 min. Crazy noisy inside… and not relaxing. I was seated at a broken chair and they knew it. I will not be returning and I am sure they could care less.

Best salon I have ever gone to! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. They always offer snacks and beverages to make you comfortable. Tatiana colored and cut my hair. After I explained what I wanted, she showed me different examples of what it would look like. Also, it’s so hard to find a stylist that when you say trim, truly just trims your hair. She kept all my length while making my ends healthy again. She also have a great blow out.
Entirely worth every penny and it was such an enjoyable experience. I will absolutely be back!

The best cut and color I’ve had in my life. WELL worth the wait and money. I also had a few hair extensions (purple!) put in and they lasted forever. Every stylist and colorist here is an expert, no matter where you are located they are worth the trip!
