#313 Yes, yet another Starbucks. How do you review these clones of each other fairly? Quality of drinks is one way and how clean and well appointed it is. This loccation is very convienient, nicely appointed and I have never gotten a bad drink here. I make up my own latte so it can vary but this location does a very nice job. Always friendly staff.

Nothing like a nice hot Chai Tea on a cold morning when you have a cold !!! This is a newer store in our area. The inside is nice, service is fine. Guess what I’m trying to say is, it’s a Starbucks… Overpriced drinks we just have to have !!!

I was so excited when they decided to open a Starbucks in my area. However, even though they have been open for months, the service is terribly slow. It is a minimum 10 minute wait in the drive thru even with 2 cars ahead of you. I thought the order ahead would speed up the process but it makes no difference! Tonight they really disappointed me when I pulled up to the drive thru at 0756 and they stated they were closed even when the holiday day hours on the drive thru door CLEARLY stated they closed at 0800! The drive thru employee even had the nerve to wave her hand at me like go away while shaking her head. She was unprofessional and a bad representative of your company.

It’s a Starbucks, that means mediocre, overpriced coffee for brainwashed hipsters who wouldn’t know good coffee from a hole in the ground. There are 5 other Starbucks locations within 2 miles of this one. I still find it hard to believe anyone would drink this swill, let alone enough people for them to actually be everywhere. I occasionally stop in one to remind myself why I go out of my way to get actual good coffee. People, wake up and stop pumping your veins full of sugar and lacklustre coffee. There are actual good coffee houses in the bay area, you can identify them by the intoxicating aroma of coffee, and a lack of green mermaid.

Considering this is a new location the staff is pretty bad. My most recent visit Kayleigh was rude to a customer and the problem was 100% her error. This time they forgot my scones and when I asked got nasty with me.

The reviews are mediocre, why? So this location isn’t bad. It’s convenient and the baristas have always been good, no rudeness, but yet not overly friendly. Parking is usually available. Drive thru doesn’t usually take too long. I went to this location almost daily when I was studying for my Real Estate exam. I’d sit there for a couple of hours. Oh, and Dennis, a barista who was at the Big Bend location is now at the 301 location. He’s awesome, friendly. My drinks have always been on point except once and they promptly made me a new one. All in all, its not a bad location.

I hate to say anything negative about Starbucks but… this location is so in incredibly slow. Always! Ordered a salted caramel mocha frap but they left off the mocha and the extra caramel that I paid for. I hate coming to this location but it’s right up the street.

My wife love her some Starbucks coffee. After dinner we decided to walk off our dinner and go for our dessert. Caramel frappé chino extra espresso shot. Delish!!! Service was good the place was clean. No complaints here.

This Starbucks had the slowest service and always seems to be out of something essential. This store is really making Starbucks look poor. Waited 10 minutes in drive through line with only 2 cars in front of me. Ordered coconut milk second time this week they were out again.

I love Starbucks! I can drink something from Starbucks every day. This is the first Starbucks I’ve ever seen with two bathrooms. Usually, the men and women share. Inside is clean, nice and neat. The service is great, they really go above and beyond for the customer at this location.

I have a Starbucks problem(at least according to my bank account) so I was surprised and excited when one with a drive thru opened across the street from my job. This is a perfect location with a well planning drive thru and friendly staff. Since I frequent Starbucks all the time I’m used to experiencing a certain type of service when getting my morning coffee. My biggest complaint is the speed of the morning drive thru. I realize this location is new and so are the employees but waiting 25mins each morning to get through the line for an iced coffee is crazy. In addition, I have paid for yogurt only to realize it was expired when I went to open it. I think once the kinks of the new location are worked out and they focus on fast service this will be my #1 Starbucks.

Mostly average Starbucks. They are still a little slow, which could be due to being a new location. Other than that, it is your average expensive high calorie coffee joint. So far, it’s kept pretty clean, and the service is friendly. Basically, it’s an ice cream shop, loaded with caffeine, that no one looks down on me for having in the mornings. Thankfully, it’s located right next to a dentist. So after I have my Java Chip and a bunch of pastries, I can go next door and have all of my cavities filled.

Let me start off by saying I’m so bummed that my experience was bad here because I was really excited to have a Starbucks close to where I live. My fiancé and I went to get coffee this morning in the drive through. There was only 3 cars in front of us and we were waiting for 15 minutes! I’ve never experienced something like this at a Starbucks. We waited a couple minutes longer since there was only 1 car in front of us and decided to leave and get dunkin coffee. At least they were fast and we got our caffeine fix! I know you’re a new Starbucks, but come on… step your game up baristas!

This Starbucks location has an always parking situation, but the drive thru is nice. There are a couple of baristas on staff that are really talented, but most of the team seems to be new hires. They are still getting used to the process. There was once where my sandwich got forgotten and then I was given the wrong one. It was busy and I had already waited fifteen minutes, so I didn’t stick around to correct it.

So far, I really like this new Starbucks, the location is perfect, there is a drive thru which is perfect for my drive to work. The décor on the inside is very snazzy and makes me feel like I am in a coffee shopt in Europe. The customer service is top notch and the indoor and outdoor seating is larger than must Starbucks. THe only drawback is driving in and out of the plaza there are to many twist and turns and not enough stop signs so people are confused. That architect and engineer could have done better with that because people were getting agiatated as they try to get on the drive through lane.

I dropped into this Starbucks the other day at the request of a friend I was driving with. I don’t usually stop into Starbucks, as I make my coffee at home. I decided rather than loiter while my friend got coffee that I’d grab a bag of their coffee and a breakfast sandwich to boot. When I handed the coffee to the cashier he was kind enough to ask me if I wanted it ground. ooops, good question, I didn’t even notice it wasn’t ground, and I sure don’t have a grinder at home. That was a point right there, but then I ate the sandwich and it was surprisingly good! The biggest surprise was the coffee once I brewed it! I got the medium«house» blend I believe, and I think I’ll be buying it again. This review is based on the quality of the food and the coffee, the cleanliness of the joint(OK, it just opened), and the friendly, helpful staff. You just found a new customer(at age 42 no less).
