Pizza Hut

This review is for the Pizza Hut at Hwy 301 and Gibsonton Drive in Riverview, Fl. My actual rating is a minus five. Do not go to this «joint» unless you like greasy, soggy and foul tasting pizza. You will be better off with a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever received. One piece for my wife and I and we placed the rest is the garbage in a sealed bag. Now I understand why this restaurant was empty on a Saturday afternoon at 5:30. Buyer Beware!!!

Pizza is always 20 – 45 minutes late even though it’s less than a mile down the road, and we are usually missing stuff on our order if we get anything other than pizza. Would be one star, but the food quality is good.

The are usually late, forget stuff you order, rude, and I’ve had them take over 2 hours to deliver a pizza that said 30 mins online, and it was cold and the box was smashed
So all the cheese was stuck to the top, took them another hour to get me a new one :/​
Pizza Hut is great but this one is awful and they even some how make the pizza taste bad too, not sure how they pull this off, best bet if you live in 33 619 is to order from

Ordered two pizzas on Saturday night at 7:04pm with an estimated deliver time of 7:34pm. At 7:55 I call am the store and they say the driver should be there in a few minutes. They are unconcerned that it is now 20 minutes late. I call again at 8:14 because the pizzas have still not arrived. I request to cancel the order. They say «uh, okay» and hang up! The pizzas arrives one hour and ten minutes after ordering and 40 minutes late. The pizzas were cold and the boxes were damp from all the moisture. Don’t order pizza from this location or Pizza Hut in general unless you’re willing to have horrible customer service and terrible food. Lesson learned.

I ordered 8 wings bone in on line. I went to pick up in the store went home and took a bite into one and realized they were completely raw with sauce over them. I called the Pizza Hut which was transferred to the call center they told for a refund I would have to go back to the store. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager. He was completely shocked by this. He told he could not refund the money until the end of the night. I asked for the number to corporate. He then told me he did not have the number and to do the survey online. I was not doing any survey I wanted to speak with someone about this. I googled the number and spoke with someone and a district manager of some sort should be calling me. The store is serving raw wings and the pizza pans were out on the floor to make pizzas. The dirty nasty floor that they pick up the pans from to make the pizzas. I will never go to this Pizza Hut or any Pizza Hut ever again. My stomach was in knots the whole night from biting into the raw wings. This establishment is disgusting and filthy. Do not get chicken wings from this place.

Almost never answer their phone. Calls go to a call center that is basically incompetent of taking a order. When they do answer the phone, they are usually unprofessional. Always out of parmesan and red pepper. The 2 stars is for the cleanliness of the store.

Manager was rude. They wouldn’t answer the phone and my pizza was half ass. Unacceptable. I will not be going back. There is no excuse for the quality.

Typical bland chainy pizza. Better options: Hungry Howies on 78^th or Cappys on Bloomingdale.

Very nice and clean spot. Only carry out and delivery.
They are always very nice and quick with my orders.
Plus they are running the awesome special of $ 10.00 any toppings large pizza!
