Great responsiveness, customer service, and a great job! I needed termite inspection and repairs quick with a VA refi due to close in January. They were flexible and did the work over the Christmas period, when most companies were in the doldrums of vacation time. Jennifer and Dan are real professionals and will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. Bottom line: You want this company to do your inspections, pest control, and any other associated work.

We have been using Sunwest exterminators for many years on our home residence as well as our rental property. We also have them do our regular pest control services. I find them to be very professional, courteous and very prompt when we needed it. I highly recommend their services.

When I called Sunwest Exterminators to come out and set traps for rodents in my back yard, they did just that. I also have them doing a regular pest extermination service and during those visits, the technician puts more bait in the traps so that the rodents are not a problem any more.
I am very please with the service and the professionalism of the technicians and office staff.

Save your money!!! They charged me $ 250, which had to be paid right away & all they did was put stick traps all over. They come out 4 times for «Rodent control.» But all the guy did is walk through the house & leave, he didn’t check all the traps. I would strongly suggest you go buy your own stick traps & set them where you have seen activity or droppings. Like I said, save your money!
