One of there appointment setters came to my home to say they were in the area and giving a huge discount but he was not very informed on their product and very pushy. If this is NEW ownership than hopefully they get somebody that knows the product they are spraying and procedure before they send them out in the field to drum up business. Based on first impressions and previous Unilocal responses I’m not using them

After receiving a postcard advertising their services, I called and made an appointment for a free inspection. I waited during the two hour slot they scheduled for me on a Saturday afternoon, and they did not show up. I called and got their voicemail and requested they call back for a reschedule, and they never returned my phone call. This is obviously a business that knows nothing of proper customer service.
