My follow up review of RPM Integrity:
I hired RPM in October and have been doing business with them for 5 months. During this time, RPM has continued to impress me and even surpassed my expectations as a property management company. Tenants left my property dirty, smelly, full of trash and altered. There was even urine in the carpet. This was a large undertaking. Beth, Rick and their team came in, cleaned, repaired, replaced, painted and had it back on the rental market within 30 days. Today, my nice clean unit is once again rented and my investment is once again revenue generating. They did a fantastic job hiring the contractors, documenting with before and after pictures, sending out the billing notices and keeping me informed. Not every tenant will disrespect your property, but if it happens to you, Beth and RPM will handle it effortlessly with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. Two thumbs up for them and I would highly recommend them to any property owner. What a relief to have them!
