My daughter(who is pregnant), her sister, her aunt and her grandma visited this store on 8÷26÷2015. They were running a promotion at the time where if you spent $ 75 you would then receive $ 30 worth of «bump bucks» that could be cashed in at a later date. That day, they spent $ 274.78 so my daughter was told by Sandy that she could come back in between 9÷24−9÷30 and cash in her $ 90 worth of bump bucks. My daughter resides in Japan because her husband is in the military so she explained to Sandy that she would be leaving on 9⁄22. Sandy said that was no problem. She would make a notation on the receipt that she could come in early to use her bump bucks. I took my daughter back on 9⁄18 and she was so happy she was going to get to use her bump bucks. When we approached the counter with her choices, Sandy then informed us that in order to use the bump bucks she would have to spend another $ 75 and then she would get $ 30 off. What??? That is not what she had told my daughter and the 3 other people that had come in with her previously. Sandy swears up and down that, that was how she explained it. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed that day and left with nothing. I called Sandy and spoke with her again and explained that is not what she told everyone. She said there was nothing she could do and directed me to call customer service. I called customer service and explained what had happened and they said it was up to the manager(Sandy) and they could do nothing. I called Sandy again and she said it was not up to her and she would speak with her district manager. I then spoke with the district manager and we discussed what is written on the receipt and it clearly states that you receive $ 30 worth of bump bucks for every $ 75 you have«spent» and they had already«spent» $ 274.78. She admitted that’s what it says but that’s not how it works. Okay… so customers come in and you explain the promotion and how it works and then when they come back in at the specified time you change how it works? She would not budge and offered me a $ 25 gift card. This is the epitome of BAD customer service and I cannot believe they are allowed to get away with this. We will never set foot in this store again and I would suggest no one else does either. Very, very bad business practices! I really would not even give this store one star. It should be zero.

This review is for service only, as a store they have set prices, and yeah you can get it cheaper, however this is the higher end of maternity clothes, so expect to pay more. I won’t complain about their prices. The lady that helped us was great. I needed a belt and she fit me in it any everything. She made she I knew how to use it before I left the store. I also bought some tank tops that were on sale and the material feels great. I paid 7 for 2 of them, which wasn’t too bad. All my bras for mat are from here, they are comfortable and the clasps do not wear out easily! Thanks for the great service and the freebies!

Yesterday my cousin and I went to this store because she is pregnant and wanted to buy a bra but did not know your size then we kindly ask the girl working there that if I could measure and very rudely said no she did not know measure I turned around and did not make us case then a lady who worked there came and measured kindly told us that she was new and therefore did not know but that’s no reason to be rude when we went to pay my cousin and I have a Son 2 and 3 years and began running and the lady measured my cousin horrible scream I told them that my children did not run omg are children so if you have children or want to treat them well not go to that store recommended zero

Gets three stars because you can actually buy Nice, stylish maternity clothes at other stores for much much less.(like at Ross) However this store always has a nice selection of clothing and more sizes in stock. This riverside location is good because the staff are friendly and helpful. Unlike the Moreno Valley location whose staff is down right pushy almost never letting you have a moment to your self, and they never stop suggesting that you buy more of their merch. Ill never go there again ill just stick to this location. I can get in and out unbothered but still feel like I’ve been helped and am an appreciated customer.
