Very disappointed with this new location at tyler mall. Two combo burgers came to 24 bucks and up-​sized to medium, when we finally got our order 15 minutes later the portions are pathetic. I wish I had taken a picture! One order was with fries that probably had maybe a small hand full and the other combo had onion rings, that had three, are you kidding me! Unfortunately that’s not where it ends, the burgers were smashed flat and had very little produce on them, nothing like burgers you get at their restaurants.
Definitely will not be back to this location.

If you want a milk shake and wait for it for almost 30 mins. then come here to Farmer Boys Express in the food court at the Galleria at Tyler. I think she was the manager, Lizeth, who took the order. We waited and after sometime, we asked where are the milk shakes? She just realized she forgot about them. Why? I don’t know. No apologies, no nothing. i hope the franchisee is reading this. (Reference number: 117 391 July 23, 2015 18:41:47).

3 because they’re all very nice and attentive when you order, takes the sting away from the very pricey menu. The burger was disappointing. Sad because I was excited about this location, I’ll probably try it again, to see if they’ll get better but the cooks need to slow down and actually finish cooking my burger and putting it together right and not just slap everything on? That would be nice too
