Anytime Blinds and Shutters

I am leaving this review after several attempts to allow Jeremy the «owner» to fix the wrong they did. I ordered custom drapes for our newly remodeled 1910 colonial home. The install was pretty bad, at first glance you see great looking drapes. When you get closer you will see the many drill holes they left behind in the wall while looking for studs. Even after that. If they didn’t find a stud they used some type of drywall anchor that is now coming out of the wall. I have a rod that is sagging. Our drapes also began dragging on the floor. They said we should raise them up ourselves. Not a hard thing to do but for the cost of anytime blinds custom drapes you’d think they would do this for you. One of our Rods was also damaged when one of his employees used a drill which rubbed off the finish and left a bright chrome streak where the bronze was. Again, I have them the opportunity to right the wrong but have been ignored.

I own a property management company. This team of people at Anytime Blinds is as good as it gets, and I’ve seen many come and go… having managed property for 30 years or so.

My wife and I just moved to the Palm Springs area and knew we were going to need new blinds before the summer heat started, so we started our search and found Anytime Blinds and a sales person was available the same day. Josh was able to show us plenty of options and went through everything to help us narrow down exactly what we wanted. We just had our windows replaced and needed new shutters and boy let me tell ya… we went to the right place with Anytime Blinds & Shutters. Installer was quick, salesman was friendly and professional, and the shutter quality was top-​notch! Highly recommend these guys!

All I can say is amazing! I’ve never had a better cust. Service experience! And the shutters in my home are gorgeous! This is by far the best! I had several companies come out and give pricing and show samples and Jeremy (the owner) was by far the most personable and the best price/​product! I just wish I had more windows for him to cover! Ha! :)

To start off the install was awful, installer was in a hurry and did not caulk around shutters nor clean up his mess. Owner came out to fix (2 weeks later) and I am still awaiting the proper blind for one window, as it was measured wrong (by the owner) and he has failed to replace it. Quality of product is good but the customer service and follow up is terrible!
2 MONTHS Later– Jeremy did replace the blind that was incorrect.
