I rarely write update reviews, but every time I go to this Wendy’s I end up just getting upset at it. Now, the food is alright. It’s on par with other Wendy’s, which isn’t setting the bar too high, but most of the time I end up getting reasonably tasty Wendy’s food here. The problem I have is the service. More often then not, the staff absolutely does not seem to care about you whatsoever. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part, it’s almost a chore to get the cashier your order. Additionally, once you order, you end up standing in a large congealed people pile until someone(usually angrily) yells your order out. This might not be a problem is there was a standing spot, but they basically push you back, where people may not have ordered, and then no one knows if you’re waiting for pickup or waiting to order. I go to eat Fast Food, preferably not with a side of Entropy. In fact, I went in for a quick lunch today, saw a reasonably large clump of confused people in line, and just left. Maybe it’s just me. Maybe my expectations are too high. If I didn’t have a borderline obsession with fast food, I’d probably be okay with it. But I get fast food at least once a week. I know that there is good service to be had, even at fast food places. Obviously the answer is just not to go to this Wendy’s, but I’ll probably be back. I work right across the street, and on cold winter days, I’m sure I’ll get something. If you don’t mind the service, the price and taste is fine. But it doesn’t get my recommendation, even for a Wendy’s. Oh yeah, they definitely don’t honor the free frosty check in either.

Very poor late night service. I went to this location on 2 occasions last week, late night after work, Tuesday and Wednesday consecutively. Granted it was late and I’m sure they were probably trying to close up, but they made us feel very unwelcomed, took a rediculously long time to make a couple burger combos, and when I asked for a reciept, they left me sitting at the window for 15 minutes. I continued to watch customers behind me getting their orders at the pay window, and being off on their way. After a few minutes, they finally came back and asked why I was still sitting there, and eventually gave me a hand written reciept. The following night I stopped in to get a frosty only because they were the only place open. This time I thought to ask for the reciept at the first window, and they directed me to the second window to get it. Got the frosty, waited 10 minutes for them to get a reciept, and they eventually came back and simply told me that they must have crashed the system or something and could not print me one. Oh, and btw, the food was nasty and completely cold by the time we got it.
