Can’t for the life of me remember his name, but it started with a D (Dennis?), & he has been extremely helpful and professional both times I’ve been in While I wasn’t thrilled with Verizon, I was happy with their service

Logged back into Unilocal after yeaaaaars just to write a review of the OUTSTANDING service I received at this Wireless Zone. My husband and I went in twice, first to get new phones and the second time to trade in our old phones for credit. Moiz helped us on both instances and he gave us hands-​down the BEST service I’ve pretty much ever received anywhere. Patient, informative and extremely helpful. I hate shopping for phones, but he made it a real pleasure. Highly recommend this location!

Ok the tablet was defective. Called Verizon they told me to take it back and get a coupon for a new one at the real Verizon store. When I went to wireless zone they (Hector) refused to give me the coupon and said they would order one for me. They said it would be here in a few days. Five days later they call and said I need to come back there again and get a coupon and go the the real Verizon store to get my tablet replace! It really seems as though they go out of the way to make things as inconvenient as possible. Run don’t walk away from this place.

They go out of their way to help you here. They not only sell Verizon Wireless but they so support your needs. They were very patient and helpful with an elderly couple who were there when I visited. The couple had a lot of questions and the rep to time to explain things until they felt comfortable
