This is a take out place.
This inside is nothing to write home about; some say its dirty or the staff are rude. Don’t mind these naysayers. This place is solid chinese food at a good price. They know how to cook here. Find your pleasantries someplace else.
I love the fried potstickers here as well as the salt and pepper chicken.
My roommate has just informed me upon writing this review that they don’t deliver and that New Top’s China hung up the phone.
So, yeah, this is a take out place.

You can tell a place has good food when there is a huge diversity of people ages, races, sexes. Then when you have to clean your own table, you only get 1 drink, and it is kinda dive lookin… YOU HIT THE JACKPOT… the food was awesome, I ate entirely too much, but just found a great Chinese lunch. $ 7. with one of the best Arnold Palmers I have ever had. homemade sweet tea and lemonade… takeout was hopping too!

I was having a hard time finding good quality Chinese food near my house and then I found this place! I have had their buffet a few times and it was great and cheap! Also bought sesame chicken and fried chicken wings to go and that was great! Also their egg rolls are larger than normal! And the prices are cheaper. Will go to this place from now on.

the food is pretty good, it’s just the service is really lacking. The woman in the front always seems annoyed. The eggrolls are huge! if you are a fan of cabbage then you will like the eggrolls. One of my favorite places to get lo mein and wings. The place is pretty dirty and i have yet to try the lunch buffet.
