Horrible service, take out order took 18 minutes and it was for a 10 piece nugget, cheeseburger and spice chicken sandwich from value menu. Staff was goofing off on one another, not even caring I was sitting there waiting for my food. Sent corporate a email through their website and got a generic email that just said the mangment team will be notified, really. Nothing will be done. Check the camera footage, u then would see what horrible service, I’m mean lack of service. Boycotting burger king from this horrible experience, I’ll have it my way by going to McDonald’s.

Long drive thru wait especially in the morning. You place your order, pull up to pay, then pull forward to wait for 10 – 20 minutes at 8 a.m. Most people are in a hurry to get to work or conduct business. The order was correct, but the wait times are long.

Went for breakfast on a Saturday, we did an order and pick up to go inside the restaurant which is located inside a quickie mart/gas station set up. We used a mail coupon and had no problems redeeming it. The problem was the service and food. The cashier looked super stressed out, they were short staffed and there were people in the back cooking but the front only had one guy and gal working both the drive through and counter. I ordered to go and the food came out on a tray so they had to put it in a bag. Then it was missing one of the hashbrowns. Then we had to point out that we were missing the 2 coffees we ordered. They seemed to be having problems with the coffee maker and we watched as the guy tried to make do with what he had. He used the coffee and than added hot water to the coffee. We got one cup like that and watched the same technique used for some drive through cups. But he didnt’ have enough of the coffee because the coffee maker was not working right and went next door to the quickie mart to get a cup for us. The food tasted find except the coffee was scary. We also waited pretty much over 20 minutes for everything. Felt bad for the counter guy but this Burger King is worse than the one on Hwy 6 in Sugar Land. Can’t say we’ll be back since the food was ok and coffee bad and the wait was crazy long

Don’t bother. Just to wait 20 minutes in a drive through, AFTER I ordered, just to get up to the window. The outside is dirty, and the service is terrible. When I complained about the wait, I was told they were short staffed, in a rude manner. Sounds like the maintenance has been short staffed for years.
