Avoid this location. Quite possibly the worst run McDonald’s on earth. I used to take my kids here regularly. Often, there would be fries missing, or a burger missing, or no ketchup and napkins. So generally pretty sloppy. But then, an unbelievable thing happened. We we got home, my hamburger had no meat. How can that even happen? I called and asked the manager for a refund. He agreed to refund my credit card. Didn’t happen. I have not been back since.

If you’re in the mood for a salty snack. Pass up this Mc Donald’s. I haven’t eaten at one in almost a year so they are going back on my list of places not to go. At least this one is. I remembered the bad quality of food here as I was in the drive through, that is why I was asking for fresh food in the first place. In the past the fries have been bad and this time was no exception. They were cold, limp, and had a bad potato taste. The drive thru lady assured me that I would get fresh hot fries. After complaining, the second batch was no better. Spoke with manager John and he basically said this was normal and no one complains about it. He didn’t want to see the quality of fry he was serving. He didn’t want to see the bad spots in the potato. So I posted pics just in case whoever owns the franchise wants to see. I don’t think he realizes the time and effort it takes to complain vs just drive off and go somewhere else. I also think he may underestimate the value of a good French fry.

Unbelievably disappointed. After asking me to wait 8 minutes in the drive thru lane I got my order. Not looking at the food I got as I had a meeting soon afterwards I left the restaurant. I opening my egg mcmuffin and saw this. I think it speaks for itself. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Been going their for years even worked their back in high school. the management is to old and unfunctional. John refused to correct my order by saying it can’t be done the computer won’t let it. It has been done since this location has opened with no prior problems. The younger crew are far more trained and qualified for running this establishment. E. g big Asian kid with hair and young light skin kid. Will visit other franchises by this owner though. Purposely went to a different Mcdonald near by to order the same thing to have proof that John was incorrect.

It was an OK McDonalds location, food could’ve been better as usual but I’ve always loved their fries, service was OK also, I at least got my food fast.

I never eat at mcdonalds but I took my nieces there to play in the play area and wanted to order them happy meals. The employee at the register was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and rolling her eyes while I was ordering… I understand this isn’t a five star restaurant and to expect outstanding customer service. But I do not expect to be treated rudely either. She caught me off guard and ruined my experience there.

Ordered a filet o fish and it was dry. Bread was dry and hard– and fish was dry. Yuck. Fries were overly salty. Only thing good was my drink– coke. And I needed it to wash down the dry dry meal.

This was a great location, polite friendly workers and they had no difficulties with my coupon when I went through the drive thru. I love the new egg white mcmuffin. Yum and I feel less guilty eating it. Yeah!

So tired of their crap. Whether its not being open on time(sometimes late 30 min) to their nasty tasting Cokes, their ignorant teenage work force who get orders wrong or their higher prices because they’re franchised. I stopped hoing there, not worth the frustration.

Tuesday, this place just lost 1 star because of poor service at the drive thru. Window 1 could not order me a medium iced latte McCafe till I repeated myself 3 times. I pulled up to pay and asked the young lady if the drink had sugar and if I could get sweet n low. She said to get it fromm the lobby. I pulled up to window 2 and was handed a medium latte sans ice. I asked the young man why there was no ice in the drink. Someone inside who had made the drink asked him to take it back from me. I was then handed a medium sized iced latte. I was not going to ask for sweetener since I was headed home where I had sweet n low. Disappointing.

I hate Mcdonalds. I hate unhealthy food but I do love their vanilla cone ice cream. The 5 star are for this location and also the ice cream cone. Other than that I tried the breakfast bagel the other day and after 2 bites, was disgusted and threw it out my car window.

these five stars is obviously not for the cheap, scrumptious, unhealthy food… mickey d’s taste the same everywhere to me -.- anyways, the drive-thru isn’t always lined up around the building so it’s an easy, quick, grab ‘n go when I’m heading to class. the employees are very friendly and seem quite lively(: i usually get a happy meal since i don’t eat a lot. lately, they have these hello kitty toys for happy meals !! well, whenever i come back i try to not get the same hello kitty toys and the workers never seem to mind(: they never get my order wrong, plus they don’t forget to add napkins: D

Well first of all it’s Mc Donalds so don’t expect anything special. I don’t know what it is with this location, but apparently they have a soothsayer working there or something. They have yet to get my order right, and last time they went they argued with me! No Sir, I did not order a McFlurry. They must have some huge balls to think that someone eff up that bad, when ordering a Angus Beef Burger. For some reason they also seem to really want to give me a chicken sandwich. I don’t even know what Mc Donalds calls their Chicken Sandwich, but I’ll be damned if I haven’t gotten one the last 3 times I’ve eaten here. Apparently this Mc Donalds knows what you want, and will ignore your order. On a positive note the location is convieient
