This used to be one of our favorite places to go for wings well I guess it will be one of the last ones we go to our order was cold and they were not busy and the wonks were so small my husband and I laughed and wondered if they were raising mini chickens in the back

Over priced, typically over — cooked, and very small portions. Wing and leg sections are small almost as if they shopped around for the smallest sections/portions they could find because they charge by quantity not by weight. Your local dive bar is probably a better bet for decent hot wings… unfortunately. One would expect more from a restaurant that centers around hot-wings.

I loooove WingStop, and have for years. I guess my previous location spoiled me as a regular because I thought the service was very«meh» when we went the other night. We came in 40 minutes before closing time, and as someone who’s worked in the food service industry, I get pre-closing cleaning. I do. But when we came in, we were going to order baked beans as a side. We were told that had already been put away. No problem, I’ll get potato salad instead. Still no. They put that away too. Our only option for a side was fries. Other than that disappointment, the food was great, the place was clean, and the workers were nice. I wasn’t really angry about not having the menu options, but it would be nice if they could at least set some aside for people who order if you want to get an early start in closing…

Today, Saturday afternoon, my husband and I went here for the first time. We had a friendly greeting upon arrival. We told him it was our first time. He never offered to help us with what all the different flavors are. We just had to guess. We decided on each getting 8 pieces each. You pick 2 flavors. Together we tried 4 different flavors: garlic parmesan, original hot, cajun and the Louisiana rub. First thing we both noticed when we tried each one was how salty they are! Both of us love salt, but I think it was just too much. We both liked the garlic parmesan and the Louisiana Rub. The Original hot was OK, but not really that hot. As far as the Cajun goes we both did NOT like it. Way too sour and something else. Now, I do have to give them credit because when I took the Cajun ones up to them and told them that we did not like them and asked if we could have something else, he right away took them and said he would make us something else. I really appreciated that! We got french fries to go with it. I thought they were OK, but I don’t really like that style. And, I did not care for the sweet seasoning. I felt like I was eating sweet potato fries. I didn’t finish them. Will we go back? Probably not. Not because they were bad, but just because there is so much other food I like better.

I couldn’t get full off all the chicken skins so I’m going somewhere else where they serve meat. Not one drumstick in my whole order. The dos xx was that though

Until a recent move about four mouths ago took me out of the area, this specific WingStop was my regular to-go place for lunch and dinner. My patronage was so high, the staff knew me by name and my normal order well before I would actually step up to the counter. The staff was a big reason I kept coming back, as they were always upbeat and fun to talk to and joke with. As for the food, always great and tasty. Since I am a big guy, I would usually go with the 10 piece combo meal that, more or less, left me in a quasi-comatose state instantly after finishing. Those combos have just the right amount of food to leave most pretty full. For those who struggle to handle spice/heat on their wings(like myself), the mild is a great middle ground, providing just enough pop and flavor without being too spicy. The fries are streets ahead of any other in the city with a very unique and tasty flavor to them. Pricing wise, I think they are pretty reasonable. For the amount of food and quality you get, I think that paying around $ 10+ a trip is totally worth it for a individual. They are also great with take-out. Most of the time, I was in and out of the place within 10 minutes with my food in hand. Highly recommend to everyone who likes wings or anyone who likes to get their om nom nom on.

The fries are the best around. Wings have decent amount of meat on them, many variety of flavors and heat levels. Crew here is very friendly.

The owner of this WingStop is really nice . The restaurant is always clean and the food is always hot . The only reason they don’t get five stars is because I think the employees could be a lot happier . Or the meaning of the phrase«fake it ’til you make it .»

Went here with a friend. Interesting. I had the 8 piece, and I split it between Hawaiian and Cajun. I’m pretty spice tolerant, but the Cajun was too much for me. Couldn’t finish it. Not even with my drink that I ordered and my glass of water I had to get. I was really amused by the order taker. He said the order would be ready in exactly 9 minutes. Oh really? Since I was with a friend, I didn’t time it to see if they were right. I got the ranch dressing instead of the blue cheese mentioned in other reviews. Not bad… My friend thought it would be a «sit down, with a food server» restaurant, he was a bit disappointed it was a «fast food» but it was still ok. Also, my friend ordered a side of vegetable sticks, and they forgot to include it. My friend had to remind them. This was a bit of a disappointment. This store had two TV’s to watch. We came here in early evening, so I didn’t notice whether there would be room to park an RV. I am guessing you would have to park nearby in one of the«big box» store parking lots. No room in the immediate area to park an RV.

Finally tried this place tonight for dinner and I’m upset I waited so long. What great boneless wings. Meaty and flavorful. The cheese fries leaved something to be desired but hey, it’s a wing place. Restaurant was clean, and the staff friendly. Can not wait to go back.

This place used to have the best wings, but they have stopped putting enough sauce on the wings. It will be a while before I try this place again. Beware of this if you dine here!

Some of the best wings we have found in the area. Always made fresh when you order. Solid buffalo style hot sauce and blue cheese dressing that has large hunks of cheese in it. Also fresh hot fries. We haven’t tried anything else here since its a wing place and thus we get bone in wings every time. We have tried wings at several other places in town but have been disappointed the majority of the time. This is our go to wing joint.

Wingstop has great wings in a variety of flavors. Some of our favorites is the original hot, cajun, and mango habanero. The fries are excellent and sliders are also great. The sliders are also great especially in the Hawaiian, Louisiana rub and BBQ style. Staff is friendly, and if go there enough they actually remember your name for the order. One of the only resturants that has very good sweet tea. You dispense your own drinks so refills is not an issue. I always fill awkward because they have no trash cans, and you leave your finished items on the table for the staff to clear. They are pretty quick to clear tables whenever I have been there. Don’t for get to get a side of cheese to dip your fries, or a roll just because they are good. Couple of things, I have been in on rare occasions when they were out of rolls or they forget to give me the side of cheese or dressing which is promptly corrected. I just suggest that you check your takeout order just in case. If you are looking for probably the best wings at a reasonable price Wingstop fits the bill. I feel like the wings here are probably better than Hot Wingz, however, I have to say that Wing Stop does not have any alternative for the non-wing or chicken eater like Hot Wingz does, who has great hamburgers and other items.

I’m a huge fan of wing-stop. I love the variety of flavors they have for their wings. But most of all, I love their French Fries! I don’t know what they put on them, but they are amazing. The people there are always really friendly, and I have yet to have a bad wing or fry there.

Love wing stop I’m from LA moved to Richland last year I’m used to eating BWW so I was glad to find out they had wing stop here after finding out their was no BWW. Im a wing lover I eat wing stop at lease once a week. I usually order from my app for pick up and they always have my order on time if not before. Been to the one in pasco a couple of time but the always get my order wrong or don’t get my order at all. Wing stop in Richland always has my order right and the people who work there are always very friendly :)

Walked in at 1 p.m. on Sunday, first thing I noticed is that all seven tables that were empty were piled high with the garbage from the previous diners’ lunch. Hey Wing Stop, if you don’t have the staff to bus tables, then I STRONGLYRECOMMEND that you put in a garbage can where customers would gladly dump their trays, a la McDonalds or Dairy Queen I hate eating at a dirty restaurant. It took more than 30 minutes before someone came out to bus the tables. We ended up clearing a table so we could sit down. Wings were okay, fries not bad, hence the two stars. The kid working the register was not Mr. Personality. What do you recommend? All you get is a shrug. And you should not have to wait 30 minutes or more to get your order, it’s pretty slow. I’ll pass next time.

We love Wing Stop! Ok, so a little more indepth review is usually helpful, so here we go. We love Wing Stop because it is good. But really, Jeremy and I go there every Wednesday while the kids are in karate, it’s kind of our splurge night. Anyways, the people there are awesome, they are always so nice and even laugh at some of Jeremy’s stupid jokes… I mean titilating antics… They have a good amount of flavors, tried quite a few of them, Hickory Smoke BBQ being my favorite, Atomic being Jeremy’s. I am actually really surprised though they don’t have a Honey BBQ. oh well, still amazing! Now after hearing all kinds of things about hot Wingz, we tried out that place. I was very dissapointed(that review to come). They boast about having 15 or some odd flavors, but it appeared to me that like 3 or 4 of those were just the same flavor in a different heat. I tried a few times, but couldn’t locate 15 different flavors. Anyways, because we typically get the Boneless Strips(cause neither of us really like wings… not enough meat) when we were at Hot Wingz, they were like little nuggets. Wing Stop had far bigger strips. One thing I love about this place is their consistency from their timing of their food, to the different flavors and size, you can pretty much expect the same thing each time, meaning you won’t get jipped on one trip. Each trip will be just as amazing as the last!
