I really HATE this place I got extensions which are super expensive and the stylist murdered my hair!!! She was suppose to dye my hair to match the extensions. My hair was a completely different color and she went ahead and put the extensions in. You could see the tips on the extensions. It was so bad that put on a hat as soon as I got out to car. I had to pay and to have them removed a couple of days later the extensions were completely ruin. I spent almost a 1000 dollars on this crap. Don’t go here!!!

This place is amazing and worth the extra $$. I see Evelyn for my hair cut and she does an amazing job. She takes the time to make sure the cut is perfect and listen to what I want. I’m always happy with her work and trust her with my hair. She also did a color correction for me and did a great job helping mr get my hair the color i wanted. I also see Krista Bush for waxing and she does really good job. The salon is clean with good atmosphere. Very happy. Won’t go anywhere else.

She was 10 minutes late for my appointment due to another person/clients tardiness but the receptionist only offered water, no apology. Cynthia provided a small apology. Cynthia Montez cut my hair. I have a picture posted on my Facebook of her«workmanship». I asked for 3 inches off and to maintain the long layers. Maybe if she hadn’t been ON the phone while cutting my hair, I wouldn’t be fixing the 2 layers she gave me. I have to add, while she was holding the phone with her head and shoulder, she dropped the comb on the ground. After she picked it up, she continued to use that comb on my hair. The whole experience was horrible. The entire cut is awful, uneven and ridiculous. I have been growing my hair out for 3+ years. Now, I get to cut an additional couple of inches to fix her horrible cut. Unreal. I paid 30 $ for a cut that a 5 year old could do. NEVER going back. With that being said, I had to beg for an apology from the owner and her only offer is for me to go back to the salon and receive a free haircut by another stylist. Right, that sounds great.(sarcasm) Your entire salon failed on so many levels in one 20 minute visit. You should own your mistakes, apologize with sincerity and offer a refund. Maybe offer to pay another salon for the«fix». I don’t know, maybe I just have common sense and compassion. Call me old fashion.

I went in for a simple cut and to add some sun-kissed highlights. I was ready to try a new stylist and had heard good things about Euphoria, so I called to make an appointment. Never again will I make an appointment with someone who I was not personally referred to. Christina was nice enough, but after a whopping 4 hours in the chair, I noticed the highlights were uneven. I thought it might just be the lighting so I went home and started playing around with my new hair. After actually looking at it I started to notice the color an inch away from my roots in some places, practically orange everywhere besides my roots, and literally no highlights in front, where I specifically asked if I could have some extra. The foils were also placed on separate sides of my part, so if I parted my hair any other way they were completely uneven. Went back the next day to get it fixed, but the maybe three foils she put in didn’t fix it. Frustrated, I ended up going to Studio One in Kennewick where they did a great job. The stylist there was even shocked how bad and uneven my color was. In addition, I am normally willing to pay a slightly elevated price for good hair, but after paying twice as much at Euphoria than what I’m used to(and getting great experiences at those cheaper places, I might add), and then costing me even more to get it fixed, I am not pleased to say the least.

I have never gone here to get my hair cut, however I did come to get a massage. Kelli was my massage therapist and my review of her is nothing but good. She did a great job of getting deep into my muscles. I was not so pleased with the atmosphere and location of the massage room. First the room was small, and my small I mean I could reach out from the massage table and easily touch the counter next to it and almost touch the wall on the other side. The music was nice and soothing… when I could hear it. Mostly all I could hear was the loud talking and laughter from the stylist and the loud, pop music playing from inside the salon. I am not surprised I could hear it either. The massage room is right next to the hair studio. When you open the door to the room the stylist chairs are right there. It would have been nice to have this laid out so that the massage room was the in back and more separate from the hair salon area. This is nowhere close to the most relaxing massage I have ever gotten because of the location in the salon. It is hard to relax when Rihanna is pumping over the loud speakers. I would not recommend this place for any sort of relaxing spa treatment. They just don’t seem to be set up appropriately for that type of relaxing atmosphere. On a side note, the salon was busy and full of customers. The interior is nicely decorated. I may come back and give them a shot at cutting my hair.

Owner and operator, Melissa Labeaf, has been my stylist of choice since 2006. Because I live in Southern California, my hair isn’t tended to by blade or treatment unless I’m home visiting. If you’re looking for an educated, consistent, thorough, and creative stylist, I absolutely encourage you to book an appointment with Melissa. I am also familiar with Evelyn, who is also an exceptional stylist and color specialist. I look forward to seeing the entire Euphoria team every time I make my way back to Washington for a visit.

So, not only did I receive a poor haircut, but the«stylist» at Euphoria who«cut» my hair«so well» left me a voice mail on my cell phone today. I’m pretty sure from the wordage and the tone if this happens again it would qualify as harassment. A) I am not a business, I am a customer. My review was based off my experience in the salon. I may write my review as I see fit. Last thing I checked, we still have Freedom of Speech. B) Definition of PROFESSIONAL 1 a: of, relating to, or characteristic of a profession b: engaged in one of the learned professions c(1): characterized by or conforming to the technical or ethical standards of a profession(2): exhibiting a courteous, conscientious, and generally businesslike manner in the workplace I do not see calling a former client nearly a week after the incident and leaving a voice mail on their phone because of a bad review listed in the definition of Professional. Euphoria, you are a business. It is up to you to keep professionals staffed. C) Proof:

Just got my hair cut by Cassandra and I will be going back. I am always afraid of getting a new stylist but Cassandra undertsood my hair and how to cut it properly. The salon itself is nice and has quite a few stations. Plus it is really convenient on Gage. I haven’t tried anyone else but if you’re looking for a new salon, I would recommend this place.

I’m a fan of anyone who can make a stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf-herder like me, semi-presentable(well, actually more«handsome» than presentable). So because of this, I am a follower of Melissa. Melissa used to work at Strandz in Richland, but she recently branched away and opened up her very own salon up the hill on Gage. The new salon is spacious and decorated nicely. There are many stylist stations(but I’ll come here for Melissa). I hear that they offer other spa-esque services here as well. This place already looks like it’s doing brisk business, so make a reservation and get your hair did here.
