It was OK, not great. Didn’t last long.

It was ok, slow, over priced for what you get. I was really disappointed I wanted it to succeed. Ribs were ok there were only 3 tables of people and still slow sorry not returning.

Upon first entering this restaurant I immediately noticed the fun décor and open floor plan. The stylish wooden chairs and tables gave it a classic western feel without needing cowboy boots to fit in. The staff allowed us to try all five of their BBQ sauces that would complement the half chicken that we enjoyed thoroughly. They blackened the chicken just enough to get that awesome grilled flavor and the sauces had interesting depth which only added to the experience. We ordered the asparagus which I would recommend if in season and the potato wedges were awesome! Would be curious to experience this joint in the evening and try a margarita. I would recommend making this small gem part of your future dining outings!

I went their with my partner for dinner. The menu was offered traditional fare for a
Bar-​B-​Que joint. We ordered a beer and a diet coke. We placed our order. My partner ordered a chicken dish and I ordered a beef dish. The waiter placed the order, then came back 10 minutes later to tell us they made a mistake and forgot to take the two entrée items that we ordered off the menu. They no longer cooked those dishes anymore. Those were the only 2 things on the menu that we wanted. We ended up having to sit at the table and finish our drinks with no food. They should have comped our drinks. We didn’t even end up finishing the drinks because we were starving and had to go to another restaurant to find dinner. We love to dine locally and especially at mom and pop restaurants. I’ll never go back to this restaurant. If they’d comped us on the drinks, we’d have come back.

Very good pork chops, they were juicy and spiced nicely. The pulled pork sandwich was so so. It needed more flavor which was odd considering how flavorful the pork chops were. The mash potatoes were tasty, good french fries, and good vegetables. I didn’t really like the coleslaw and the corn muffins were ok just needed to be moister (remedied by putting some butter on them). The wait staff was great and the restaurant had a good open atmosphere. I’m looking forward to going back and trying some of the other menu items.

Great mashed potatoes. Awesome happy hour. The staff was great. The ribs… nothing special. I could have made better ribs, but, I want that recipe for the mashed potatoes. Did I mention the potatoes?
