Elegance Cleaners

I have been using Elegance Cleaners in Richardson for almost twenty years and have never been anything but thrilled.
What I admire most is the new owner. He always is wearing a smile and never charges for replacing a simple button.
Clothes are returned on like new condition on wire hangers and sealed in plastic.
Laundered shirts are about 99 cents and sometimes less. This is cheaper than other cleaners by a wide margin. You don’t pay for expensive services like drive through windows. God gave you legs. USE THEM.
Spotless interior with no chemical smells.
Ample parking within walking distance of a Goodwill drop-​off. If you don’t wear or use something, take it there and get a tax write-​off receipt!

Do not ever use this cleaner. They SUCK! I brought a pair of Tory Burch pants that I wore ONCE for them to clean, and they ruined it. The pants turned brown from they using too much of whatever chemicals that they used. BROWN! They refused to pay for any portion of the pants, saying that I got the pants dirty. I went back with receipt to show them it was indeed new, less than a week old. They still refuse to pay. They ruined my pants.

Do NOT use this taylor! They do not guarantee the work, which is TERRIBLE and he REFUSED to refund my money. He said he did not care if I ever come back SO I won’t ! I suggest you STAY AWAY… Plus the building smells like body odor. Gross. And not only did I pay $ 40 for hemming slacks, and two hole repairs, the hems were as crooked as the cashier and the holes were still holes. And this was their «second chance» because my first tailoring experience, the bag strap is still broken and the seem hole was sewn Crooked! This location of business is THE WORST and the MOST RUDE I’ve ever encountered. I am warning you as a courtesy !

The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful!!! Overcharged me and refused to refund the difference to my debit card. (5 dollars and seven cents) His exact words when I told him that I will no longer use his company were“I don’t care, I already have lots of customers.” as he turns and points at the hanging garments behind him. People were walking out when they saw how he was treating me.
I was so angry at this guy I almost lost it!!! I traveled 20 miles to this location, because they said they were «organic cleaners.» They may be organic, but the attitude of this gentleman is genetically modified, and my clothes were not even cleaned correctly. Do not spend money here!!! You have been warned. Talking logically to this gentleman will get you nowhere. There was nothing that I could tell this gentleman that would make him do the right thing!!!
The next step is to file a complaint with the BBB. (Which he said that he «did not care») I never bad mouth companies. Even if I get bad service at a restaurant, I still tip. I wish that Unilocal would allow me to give 0 stars.

Worst customer service Ive experienced, owner is also rude too for talking on the phone and made me repeat over and over my simple 3 letters first name was. I dropped off 1 blazer and a shirt with a hoodie and was charged for 2 jackets because the shirt has a «hoodie» on it. So stay away!
