I came in and sat in the bar area thinking it would produce faster service was quite the contrary I sat there for over 5 minutes. Finally ordered an unsweetened tea and it came out then ordered lunch.
UPDATED this time had much better service and the food was very good. Demi did a great job as our server. Will come back again

Been here several times and have a good service. The last time I went here was during a work lunch. We had about a 90 min break and 10 of us went here. We got seated quickly but had to wait almost 10 minutes to get a server. Finally someone came over and apologize for the wait. Then explained that they were short staffed. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time and were served in a ok amount of time. Food was good like always and it was easy to pay for.

Veterans Day lunch. Was treated to a free lunch by Chili’s on Veterans Day. Seated quickly. Staff were very nice and treated me like royalty. I had the hamburger and fries. Delicious. I really like Chili’s burgers. Toby the manager came by and greeted me. Wanted a photo with me to send to his Vietnam veteran uncle. It was a very pleasant experience.

Seemed a little busy for a Wednesday night, which is probably a good thing. Nothing beats southwestern egg rolls. Same nostalgic good from when you were in high school. My friends Cajun pasta need a little bit more kick. But same olé good food you that keeps bringing you back like yummy burgers.

My fiancé and I sat in the bar for lunch and our server Joe was awesome! We both got lunch combos and tried something new; we both LOVED what we got. The chicken enchilada soup and the loaded baked potato soup were both fantastic and we will definitely be having that again! The sandwich and flatbread were amazing as well.

My Drivers License is a bit chewed up in the corner, but both TSA and the bank have taken it as ID so I haven’t got around to dealing with the hassle of replacing it. Apparently this Chilis’ waitress was a tougher checkpoint.
I ordered a drink and she told me it «wasn’t happening without an ID, missy.» What? Would you say that to a paying customer? I wouldn’t. So I pull it out, and before I could even hand it to her she immediately says that it is against the law to take any damaged IDs, and that was that. She did not ask for any alternate ID and said it «wasn’t happening.» I AM OVER TWENTY ONE. I had my passport but was honestly too embarrassed at this point to say anything. She proceeded to ignore me for the rest of meal like I was a criminal, always directing questions to the rest of the table.
Incredibly rude. Will NOT return to this location, although my food was quite good. Disappointing that the server had to be so insulting. Hard to overlook that.

Meh.
We came here for lunch the other day. When we were greeted, the host motioned us to the bar ‘so we could seat ourselves.’ Our server didn’t see us at first, so it took awhile for us to get drinks and our entrees.
When our entrees arrived, my hubby’s fajitas were chicken instead of beef. He politely told her that he had ordered beef and she looked at him like it was his fault.
My sandwich was a tad burnt for my liking, and I only had one slice of avocado. I probably would not get it again.
Our waitress did comp us a dessert because of our entrees, but our bill was still about $ 40.
They have definitely raised their prices, and for the food quality it is just not worth it anymore.

I’ve been here twice. Service the first time was okay. Our waitress didn’t fill our water up, and once she brought us our food, we never saw her again. Food was yummy, and brought to us at a reasonable time though. I’m a huge good service person. Which brings me to write this review. Our second time here, again on a Saturday afternoon, was excellent this time around. AJ was our waiter. He was very attentive and kind. Refilled our water every time it was low, brought us our food quickly and hot! The service itself made this visit even better, and more enjoyable the first time we came. Thank you AJ!

Sat in bar, restaurant was clean and my order was taken right away. Food came out fast and was correct, server checked on me after I got my food. Servers were good food was good and restaurant was good. Perfect for what u wld expect from them. 5 stars all the way

Not my favorite Chili’s. The waiters/​waitresses are nice but the service is very slow, the food it okay, and something always comes out cold by the time we get our food. I have also had a situation where I talked with a manager here and he was not helpful and kind of off putting.

Normally I’m not a huge fan of corporate mega chain restaurants found in every state in the country, but this place does have some items are worth raving about. Their chicken fried steak is REALLY good and really huge. Decently priced too, I think $ 10. Their onion blossoms are really good as is their molten chocolate cake. These are the three things worth looking into here.

After waiting for 45 minutes with an empty cup and no appetizer, we finally got our loaded cheese fries. The waitress’ excuse was that they were charred and that she had to asked for it to be fixed. Great, thoughtful even, but it would have been nice to know what the hold up was when she got us our refills – oh wait! She never did. After the appetizer, we waited about another 15 minutes for our bacon burgers which we asked to be well done. At this point we weren’t surprised to see them a bit cold and undercooked. My friend said he could taste the frostbite on his. As I was paying for my half on the electronic thing they have now, the waitress came back to give us the to go boxes we asked for and she spilled one of the uneaten burgers we had on the table. She looked at us, quickly said sorry and ran off without any other word. Completely underwhelming service and disgusting food. I will never come back to any Chilis again.

They have updated the menu and I’m enjoying it! They have some tasty healthier options that fit in my diet. Grilled chicken is fabulous! Plus they have really good corn on the Cobb as a choice for your veggie. Love it! Service is quick and being able to pay at the kiosk on your table is very nice. I was in and out. Good job chilis! I will be back!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars… worse service EVER! And I called to speak to the manager after my boyfriend and I had left and even the manager was rude to me over the phone and didn’t ask me if there was anything he could do to help the situation. Will never come back to this location!

I have been to a lot of Chili’s. I would even say Chili’s for a long time was one of my favorite places to go.
Came here recently with a group of friends. I ordered queso and a bowl of soup. The queso came out cold and combined with the top being a different consistency than the rest of the queso, led me to believe it sat there for a really long time before I got it.
Soup came out, also cold.
My expectations are not that high at a Chili’s, but this was just… bad. The people were kind of nice, I guess.
