This place is very very small and very old. Parking is a nightmare and you can expect park in the lot behind the restaurant. The wait is not fun on the weekends too.
Once you get seated serves is super fast they take your order and the food comes out quickly. The lady checked in on us often but did not sound pushy. We got the check and was on out way to start the day.

The longest wait I’ve ever had for a plate with pancakes. That’s all I wanted, coffee and pancakes but it seemed to me that my business was too little for them as they took care of another party (4people) whom arrived after me yet they were served food faster. Like if the wait wasn’t enough, they are pretty bad at pumpkin/​pecan pancakes which I’m a fan of and I ask every IHOP I visit.

Went here during Ramadan at 4:21am for starting my fast. First of all, everyone knew it was the month of Ramadan and Justin did an outstanding job of getting my food to me in under 5min… wow!!! He said he knows how important Ramadan and timing is. They’ve made a customer for life. God bless them. And btw the egg and pan cakes were awesome!

I luv this location. Every time I go to this I hop, every one is nice, attentive, and the food is delicious! I always get Pancakes, scrambled eggs and hash browns.

This place is great for people who loves breakfast. They open 24⁄7 so I actually give them 1 star for that. Then 1 more star for service; idk how other people can be so rude to them while they’re working so hard not matter day or night.
Raspberry pancake is great, and the guy who served our table gave me a scoop of ice cream for free– normally it’s $ 3/​scoop of ice cream on the side tho. The fried chicken is juicy and soft, and also really flavorful.
So 2 more stars for the food!, so total is 4stars

I haven’t been to ihop in a long while, and when we decided to go eat there today; I definitely won’t be back. The food resembles cafeteria food, it comes out cold, we had to send back an order of eggs thay we specified the doneness to the waitress and overall just isn’t good. There are much better restaurants that have better quality and better pricing.

So walking in stand at the front door for about three minutes and I had three employees walked by me and not even acknowledge me. A manager starts walking to the front door to sit me but then answers his cell phone to take a phone call and then walks around the corner thinking I didn’t see him. As I started to walk out one of the guy said, can I help you… I just stared at him and said no you apparently don’t need my business so walked out. it was 8:25 AM and there might of been only four people in the restaurant. I can see why it was slow to begin with and shame on me for going to this crap ass chain.

This location is always packed on weekends, what breakfast place isn’t…however the staff is always friendly. I usually call in my order as my work «week» is on the weekends & they always get it right, give me all appropriate condiments, are friendly/​competent & get me in and out fast! One bad thing is the parking lot is tiny. There is a street right behind them that’s available though. So you can «work off» the pancakes with a short walk.

If you like IHOP restaurants, then I suggest going here and asking to be seated in Jerral’s (#2018) section. One of the best servers I have ever had — worthy of much more high-​class restaurants. He was very personable and attentive without being a pest. I’d give the restaurant 5 stars if it weren’t for the frequently horrendous parking — but evidently people are willing to endure the crowded parking.

Decent service, and never had a long wait…, but is that due to the fact that this location is not in as popular of a neighborhood as some of the others? Routinue menu that does not disappoint, not as up-​to-​date in the décor as some of the others but due to the lower traffic they receive, it’s a great quick meal.
For Families: They do offer a lot of specials for free kids meals, most of the time it is weeknight dinners. My kiddos tend to enjoy breakfast at any hour, so we can get dinner and they can still get their fav pancakes.
I don’t recommend any of the steak dishes, tends to slow your whole meal down and meat if not consistent.

So I ordered their healthy selection… whole wheat pancakes, egg substitute, and turkey bacon. I requested not to put any blueberries and to ensure my eggs were cooked well done not runny. Got the pancakes right but my dang eggs!!! Runny! it is very small like a waffle house. Did not enjoy the environment and our waiter had the audacity to go to the restroom, came out quick so I know He did not wash his hands, and ask could he get us anything else. NO, WE’RE DONE HERE!

Michael is the nicest old man waiter. Very impressed by his customer service. Food was typical IHOP but seemed to be smaller portioned from when I last went out there years ago… probably their way of cutting back on costs and not raising prices.

Sit down was fast. Waiter kinda slow… Found out he was (in training). When the food was finally ordered it took a little longer than I expected. But, the food was good.
