Just went to pay my annual Virginia Car Tax bill at another bank (BOA). In no uncertain terms, my bill states that this can be paid at Bank Of America and SunTrust — cash or check.
Waited 25 minutes in line at Bank Of America, only to be told «We can’t do this with cash.» WHAT??? Big waste of time.
*** Went to SunTrust (I have no account with them) 1 mile away, waited 5 minutes, paid cash and left. ツ
I am considering opening an account here just because they did one simple thing quickly and efficiently, compared to that mega-​bank I mentioned in the first paragraph that obviously couldn’t care less about customer service. And I may also cancel my Bank of America MC credit card I’ve had for over 20 years because of the idiocy I had to deal with.
