Another Loft store lacking attention to customers! Can someone please train these workers properly to greet people and at least have a smile on your face. Every time I go to this store, sales folks are rude and unaccommodating as many of the other reviews reflect. Someone needs to read these Unilocal reviews as well to turn around better customer service.

I work very close by so I have stopped in this location numerous times. Every single time I have come(it has almost become a fun game for me) I was never greeted or even looked at. All sales employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They are always huddled behind the cashier involved in their own conversation. It’s disheartening because a lot of the clothes on the floor look pretty and tempting to try on, but due to the lack of attention and ignorance of the employees I prefer to do my business elsewhere.

The lady with the short blonde hair is extremely rude. This store is bigger than your typical mall Loft and every other employee that I have had contact with has been nothing but extremely professional.

It’s amazing how different the clothes range between the Loft outlet and the Loft store. The Loft outlet has twice as many colorful clothes and better prices(yes I understand it is an outlet) but even the sizes are different between the stores. The Loft store has very bland colors and clothes that are so simple and plain it baffles me why they are priced the way they are. I have found the best luck with sundresses from this summer and wear them every week.

This store consistently has terrible customer service. From being incredibly rude to being annoyed when asked for assistance. If they do have a friendly and responsive sales person, you can pretty much guarantee they won’t be there the next time you come in. It’s also obvious that they prefer a size 0 or 00 clientele. I was there on a Friday afternoon, when everything was all stocked for the weekend, and 80% of what was on the racks was size 6 and below. I hate going to this location, but I do so for convenience. I will say it is almost always an unpleasant shopping experience. I never thought I’d write a review for a basic chain retail store, but I’m hoping the regional management will take a look at these consistently negative reviews and do something about it.

very snobbish sales associates here. Particularly a lady with very short blonde hair. Very rude and did not want to be bothered by anyone. Very poor customer service lately. It used to be better, but for the past year it’s been pretty bad. No one wants to help you and when you ask, they appear annoyed.

More attractive and carefully maintained than the nearby Ann Taylor store(Reston Town Center). The Loft focuses on a younger demographic looking for casual wear, not suits for the office. Prices range from moderate to pricey. Few dresses– a small selection of shoes, belts and costume jewelry. No bargains. Easy to put together outfits because of the way they arrange displays. Worth checking out for fashionable slacks and tops in smaller sizes.

Although I am a long-time Loft shopper and generally like the chain, this location had the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Both times I’ve shopped here I’ve been completely ignored. At other Loft stores, when you have even a few items in your arms, they are quick to ask if you would like a fitting room started. At this location, no one even said hello, despite the store being nearly empty. I won’t be returning here.

The other day I walked here during lunch. They have many things not made in China. Yay. I scored an $ 80 blazer for $ 20. Double yay. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I expressed joy at finding not-made-in-China stuff there. Their clothes aren’t very exciting though. Un-yay.
