Jing Zhang

I was referred to Jing by one of his satisfied customers. He is not the most seasoned agent that I have worked with, but he certainly is one of the most professional ones.
During summer 2013, I needed an agent to help renting out two rental properties located in two different cities. Realtors usually don’t show much interest in this kind of business due to its lack of big commission. One of the houses was already listed by a very seasoned agent for 40 days but generated no results.
Once I started working with Jing, he did a market analysis on day one and recommended listing prices and listing strategies, which I happily accepted. He met with me at both properties to take pictures and posted them to MRIS the same night. I am a hands-​on person, so Jing sent me showing summaries a few times each week and kept me up to date. He always returns my phone calls or emails on same day. His fees are very reasonable too — in fact, lowest among all agents that I have talked to.
Long story short, both properties rented out 7 days after Jing had listed them, with terms that I was satisfied with. When I was visiting one of the properties, I found that Jing had placed a basket with shoe covers and a sign that asks visitors to wear them :)
If time comes for me to rent, sale, or buy houses again, I will definitely call Jing.
