My Cingular 8125 stopped connecting to wireless access points. So while I was in the shopping center today, I stopped in to see i they could help me. The CSR looked a bit befuddled when I explained the situation. He suggested removing my SIM card and reinserting it, which he did. It still didn’t work. My 8125(pocket PC) still would not connect to any wireless access points. He suggested that perhaps the network was don. I explained that it’s not«the network,» but the phone, since the phone will not connect to _any_wireless network now. Basically, while their products may be nice, they are somewhat clueless on the configurations. Granted, you cannot expect the CSRs to be fluent in all models, but I would expect that they had a more plausible explanation fr why their product didn’t function properly.
