A Pizza Mart

Over 2 hour wait for mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders and then they still want me to wait more for fried food! Really!!! are you kidding me! 2 hour wait for fried food! Even after been offered free food I told them to cancel the order! If your food is not to you in an hour cancel your order!

Awful… It was not as advertised. I’m a vegetarian and my wife eats meat. The «TACO ground BEEF PIZZA» was for her and she thought there must be a mix up, thinking she had accidentally received a vegetarian version of a «TACO ground BEEF PIZZA.» A whole lot of lettuce and literally so little «hamburger» meat to be found on an XL pizza, we could count the individual crumbles on one hand, and even of all those found, the few were smaller than half the size of a really small raisin. And, this is no exaggeration. My kids just left it untouched, they were so disappointed.
For a «TACO ground BEEF PIZZA» you’d think they would know the meat is an important ingredient definitely in even the cheapest taco, if not also on an advertised «TACO ground BEEF PIZZA» If they could be this cheap with a $ 30 pizza (including taxes and a tip), our impression is what else could they be so cheap to try to feed to us. And when we received it, even though it was delivered to us in what appeared to be a heater bag, it was so cold, it was like biting into cold solid butter. I really hate our first impression of this place, and we won’t be back to go through that disappointment, again.

This place is horrible. I’ve never been MORE DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. I found a pubic hair IN MY PASTA. THAT IS SO GROSS!!! Then I called the «establishment» and the man I spoke to had the nerve to laugh in my face and say the manager wouldn’t be in until 9 PM tonight. WHAT MANAGER COMES IN AT 9 pm? I will never order from this place again. NEVER!

I ordered food off of grub hub. I got lasagna with meat sauce and tiramisu. I lasagna was a giant portion which was nice and game with salad and garlic bread. The bread was sooooo yummy! The salad had olives and tomatoes which wasn’t a preference of mine. The lasagna was that great but it wasn’t terrible. The so called meat sauce, lacked meat. The tiramisu was so yummy, but it was a small portion for almost $ 5.

I’ve never got such horrible service. Delivery time was 45 – 60 minutes estimated. Usually they’re 30 minutes despite the estimate. They took a hour n 20 minutes. The chicken garlic pizza had like 3 DROPS OF RED SAUCE. Benson pizza will be my next and future choice. Delivery driver could have said sorry about the wait too. Wouldn’t have hurt…
