First thing first WOW! Don’t ever ever go here. The reps are really not trained and wing it. Immature and just do not focus on service. I walk in no one here. Yeah faster service. Go purchase a phone not upgrade. Rep try’s call sprint but says upgrade. I said no I’m buying the phone complete. No upgrade no payments complete. First time fail. 2 time fail. Guess what manager finally steps in after seeing her rep struggle for past 2 hours. And turns out she don’t know what she’s doing either. After 4 hours I decided beep this I’m out. I call sprint my self and tell them what there store told me. That I can’t purchase the phone at sprint I need purchase it from Apple. Does that make any since no. I was buying it retail price not signing contract or payments. Sprint was very disappointed with this store. I say stay away there service is crap. And they need a lot training.

We are switching to Sprint from AT&T for several reasons. The way I was treated at AT&T drive us here however our bill being literally cut in have is what make us commit. I’m getting a rose gold iPhone 6S and baby is getting an iPhone 6S plus. Unlimited data! And we get a new phone in two years!!! Noyce!!! Very pleased. They are even paying off our phones and contracts!!!

Don’t trust these people, austin said my bill would be cheaper than my previous and it’s most def not. It’s 60 more now than it was when I originally came in to reduce my bill, they are nothing but snakes after your money there don’t trust these fools.

I was with Sprint for two years. When my contract was up, I wanted the deal they advertised on their website. I went into their store and was told that deal wasn’t for me, because I was already a customer. It seems new customers get a better deal they old ones. I’ll be leaving Sprint. However, the guy I talked to was polite and it’s not his fault Sprint does what it does.

A FedEx courier delivered our envelope to this Jet Mobile(Sprint) location by mistake on Saturday 11÷22÷14, it was signed for by employee A. Wringled. FedEx did try to go and pick-up the envelope on Monday once they found out it was delivered to Jet Mobile by mistake but no one at the store could find the package and A. Wringled who accepted the envelope was not working. On Wednesday 11⁄26 the FedEx courier on his way home from work stopped by the Jet Mobile Store again and this time A. Wringled was their, he told the courier that he and his manager Frank tossed the envelope into the trash. I called Jet Mobile on 11⁄29 to speak with the manager Frank but he was out sick so I spoke with A. Wringled and asked him why didn’t he walk the envelope down 2 doors to the UPS Store where it was originally supposed to be delivered and his response was I didn’t know that was my job. I said it’s not your job but it would have been the right thing to do and what if it was your companies package? A Wringled then started to change his story and said I think it was put into the trash since I can’t find it anywhere in the store, I asked him where did you put both envelopes and he said on the counter. The FedEx trace agent in Reno said she’s never heard of anyone just throwing away a FedEx envelope, they usually call the FedEx 800 number, deliver the package if its close by or drop it in a drop box. I believe A Wringled opened the envelope and didn’t see anything that he could use then tossed it into the trash. If Jet Mobile has employees like this I hope new or existing customers will think twice about doing business with them.
