This place has been in business for over 20 yrs! Service has always been great! My dad used to get his shoes fixed here & with great prices!

They did my dad’s flowers for his 60^th birthday celebration. (Crowne Plaza — Burlingame) The flowers were amazingly done & they delivered on time. I have used them in the past for other occassions too. The flowers are always «fresh» & the arrangements are «impeccable» & «gorgeous»! They also have such a friendly & quite accomodating staff. Always polite. :)
They also do shoe repair! Besides the fact that it’s close to my work, they also do such a great job. I had dropped off some of my fancy boots & stilletos here. They all looked like new! Friendly staff & inexpensive. What more can you ask for? ;)

I had been a regular customer for many years and I was always satisfied with the quality of flowers I get from this location. For any event that needs flowers, I always take the time to stop here and they always have what I need. Saves me a lot of time because not only they have nice flowers… They also have balloons and stuff toys I can buy for times I get in trouble! LOL I also heard they cater to special occasions like weddings and parties. We are planning to have a church wedding very soon and I’m already planning to have them prepare the flowers for our special ceremony.

I have had great shoe experience here in terms of service. I don’t know that they use the best quality repair items for heel tips or resoling because I have just recently started having my shoes repaired. I usually just buy new ones but I really like my shoes so I decided to start repairing (never really thought of it before…) Anyway, I think the guys name is Joeseph and they are really nice. My shoes are always done on time and they noticed a pair of my boots needed to be re-​soled. I didn’t even notice so I appreciate them letting me know so my favorite boots will last longer. I will admit that the last review had me worried but I had been there before I read that review and my experience was good sooooo… I do recommend them =)

This is a place that deserves NO STARS… but thats not an option I guess.
Please understand I am a big supporter of mom and pop type shops. I believe in supporting the local little business owners whenever possible. This review is for their SHOE Repair services if thats what they are calling it…
My usual repair guy closed up shop and I was forced to find a new place.
I brought 3 pairs of shoes to have the tips of the heels replaced. Its happens a lot and its a very normal shoe repair. When I returned to pick my shoes… They not only fixed the tips but deceided they wanted to replace the soles without my consent then charging me $ 90 dollars for the work. I was LIVID… I DID NOT want my shoes re-​soled. I DID NOT want my heels painted some funky brown color. When I explained all of this to the woman working. she was said «well you must have asked for the work, thats why it was done». I showed her my half of the claim ticket where red ink was used… but on their half all the «extra» work was written in black… I did NOT ask for this and am was not paying for it. She said sorry. its here on the ticket… I was there for 30 mins arguing with her when finally I paid so I could leave. I was mad but tired of fighting… well later that night I was walking in the house (on carpet) with one of the shoes they «repaired’ and the heel snapped in HALF… In HALF!!! I went back the next day. argued more and was refunded my money for that pair but nothing else…
I normally am not one to be a hater… but this place is not only unethical they do SHITTY work… You have been warned.
