Carpet Cleaning Pros

Our living room and small hallway were cleaned in November. The scheduling went fairly easy, customer service was okay; however, our first appointment was canceled. The service guy was running late and rescheduled. On the next appointment he showed up on time, but he came in with an attitude.
Unfortunately, I was quoted a lower amount and this is why I scheduled them; however, he claimed the quoted amount would not clean the carpet and he needed to charge $ 40 for shampoo. At the end he walked off with $ 99 cash. We were left with a mediocre clean, small stain left under his machine with he never moved or cleaned under, and damped carpet.
Would we recommend? No, do to the sloppy work and horrible attitude.
