Update: the owner is being dishonest in her response below, thus I’m downgrading to 1 star. The hemming had absolutely nothing to do with a repair. They simply cut too much off and didnt listen to what I wanted.
I had my wedding dress cleaned and hemmed here. They messed up the hemming and unfortunately there was no way to fix it (since they cut way too much) but it was the outermost thin layer so it didnt show up too badly in pictures. I’m disappointed in the overall quality but didn’t make a fuss since I had to leave for my wedding just a few days after picking up the dress. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend for tailoring
