I just went to get a gyrus sandwich to go and it was really bad stuff, I even get the wrong order, I mean I pay almost 9 dollar and got something I didn’t even like, my first time here and definitely the last one

This place is too bad for too long to still be in business. I think somebody needs this restaurant chain as a tax write-off for profits gained with another business, or even money laundering. I would stay away, who knows what you are«financing» with it.

Horrible food and quality there is no comparison go to chicken Maison if you are looking for good food. Salads are horrible and chicken is dry. Don’t waste your time and money.

TLDR: Late delivery, incomplete orders and worst of all, terrible customer service. The other negative reviews concerning their lack of concern for mistakes are spot on. Go to a place that deserves your money. The people I live with have been ordering from this place for at least 8 years, and always had great things to say about it. However, the first time I ordered from this location with my housemates(over a year ago) the food arrived over an hour late, cold and soggy without apology. Okay, maybe that was a bad night! Understandable, right? We ordered again a few months ago. Late and cold. An order was wrong. Second strike :/Third time, didn’t get any better.
Tonight we decided to give this location one last go. Order arrived 20 minutes late — we only live a couple blocks away but could be worse… but we’re missing a side. Mistakes happen! We call them up. First girl we talk to says they’ll put a credit on our phone number for next time. We ask for a refund on just the missing item, since we’re not sure we’ll come back. She hands off the phone to a guy, who says he’s the one who packed the order. «I put it in there!» repeated about 5 times while we stare at our dinner table that’s blatantly missing the side order. Alrighty, well maybe you put it in another order by mistake — «No no no, I know I put it in the right bag.» This just over and over. So we get to be passive aggressively called liars now? Just give us the $ 5 refund, it shouldn’t be a big deal and you don’t need to act like we’re lying. This guy hands off the phone to a third person. She tells us the same as the first girl, that they’ll put a note on our phone number for another time. Then she finishes by telling us to «bring up the problem with the ordering company.» All three people we spoke to on the phone were rude and short with us while somehow my friend on the phone managed to remain friendly and calm to no avail. Okay, whatever. 2 seconds into Googling the ordering company, it immediately says that refunds are to be given by the restaurant if there are any problems. Thanks guys!
Keep in mind we tipped at least $ 10 pre-delivery each time we ordered because we pay by credit card, and tonight final total was over $ 70. Not a small amount of money. Usually I take negative Unilocal reviews with a grain of salt, but the other reviews echoing CS complaints have it spot on. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think it’s worth even $ 1 to receive a late, cold, wet and incomplete order and then insulted afterwards.

Placed an order for delivery after coming late(taking an hour and half to get here) the food was cold and the order was incorrect. The last two times I have ordered the food has come late and the order was wrong or had missing items. Called to fix the order after items were missing and experienced the worst customer service I have ever received. All they could say was«I packed the order so it has to be right»… well the order was in front of me and it was not right. Wont be coming here again.

Five stars for a great dinner and awesome service. We will be back again. We came in on short noticed and had a lovely sit down dinner. The two girls working behind the counter offered excellent customer service.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and it is definitely a go-to spot for a quick easy, decent priced meal. The location is located in a small plaza, the parking lot is not too big, but to this day I have yet to have to leave the lot to find parking(I usually go on the weekends). At this restaurant, you order at the counter and have the food brought to you. The menu is located overhead. I usually go with the rotisserie chicken meal with a side of rice and salad, or fries. The chicken is always pretty tender and flavored pretty well. I recently tried the half and half plate which includes chicken and gyro, plus 2 sides. i wasn’t overly impressed with the gyro, but it was good. The rice is yellow, and pretty tasty. The meal always comes with pita bread and a side of garlic sauce, which has a pretty sharp garlic taste, but is good. A great place to come get a quick healthy meal, I see that they also do alot of takeout as well.

My usual order for the family had been a couple of the vegetable specials, Mediterranean fries, and the citrus avocado salad. I always call ahead and take it to go(they have never once gotten my name right even though I have corrected them a multitude of times). The pita bread isn’t great(often times it’s pretty stale). The issue I have is how the staff treats each other. I had gone in recently to pick up my order. One girl seemingly didn’t do a transaction appropriately. The cook got so upset and was«quietly» repremanding her. When the shift manager came up and asked what was going on he proceeds to tell her while I’m standing there… mind you, I hadn’t even been helped yet. She starts berating her and I literally had to step in and tell her I didn’t feel this conversation was appropriate. I got quite the icy stare from her as she walked away. The girl was pissed(I would have been too). I spoke up and said I was in to pick up my order. She apologized and said it would be a moment. While I was waiting the cook was soo snappy at her. It was really uncomfortable. When you have an open workspace like they do, customer service is all the more important. I give –3 for the cook and the shift manager’s attitudes. The food is good but I don’t know if I will be going back any time soon.

Their food is pretty good, I wish they would have a little more spicier options on the menu for the chicken flavor because the original can be bland sometimes. Everything else on the menu is pretty good. Just a note, if you order online, there’s an upcharge of about $ 1 for most entrees. Better to just call ahead.

Gyro Pita Sandwich: 7.58 $ –comes with a generous portion of gyro. It was a pretty large sandwich consisting of pita, slices of gyro, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and a creamy dressing– which I couldn’t eat by biting into. I ended up cutting it up and eating it like a salad it’s delicious! I didn’t get any sides and it was pretty filling. Although, towards the end the gyro gets really salty. After eating, I felt it was a tad greasy so it probably isn’t the healthiest option. I also enjoy the ¼th chicken plates. Sides like hummus, vegetables and rice are always tasty & well seasoned– leaving me full and satisfied whenever I come here. If your walking here from El Camino, the walk tends to smell a bit as your heading to this plaza. But it’s relatively close. Food comes out pretty quickly, and the service is always amiable and helping me choose out items on their menu. The bathroom is really clean too!

I have ate at this location quite a bit. Recently i ordered my usual to go with my boyfriend — CD house salad soup combo — and when I got home realized there was mold on all the pita and the beef vegetable soup was more like celery bits soup. I usually would just blow it off but since there was mold involved I thought I would call to forewarn them. The girl who answered was soooooo rude. She asked multiple times if I was sure I was calling the correct location –yes I was just there 5 min ago– then she was trying to basically say I was making it up and needed my phone number to look me up in the system. I didn’t call in, I ordered to go when I got there and that’s why she thought I was lying even after I gave her my receipt number. I wasn’t looking for a hand out just thought it was gross and thought they should know it’s a health hazard. She asked for my number again and then said ok next time you come we will give you free pita with this ghetto rude tone. Your pita is already free biotch, I hung up I was so pissed! 1 star for moldy food and horrible customer service. Going to start going to chicken du jour they are so nice and food is better.

I like Chicken Dijon quite a bit. They serve chicken, gyros, and a bunch of other Greek delicacies. They are also super convenient because they are right on Artesia. The staff was friendly, and waited patiently as we perused the menu, but in the end, my husband and I just got gyros. The gyros were tasty, juicy, and came with great sides. The fries were thick cut and tasted fresh, and the tabouleh was also really good and refreshing. I love tabouleh, and this place does it right. I really wanted to try the chicken, but that will have to wait for another visit. We came into this establishment thinking we would get some chicken, but changed our minds once we saw gyros on the menu. I love gyros! I would say it’s pretty comparable to King Mediterrano, but I like King a little bit more. Their sauce is just sooooo good. In short, we would totally come back here because it’s pretty tasty, and it’s a little healthier than some of our other go-to options… I’m talking to you, In-N-Out!

As soon as I walked into the restaurant I was greeted and helped right away. Seeing as how it was my first time here. I was having a hard time choosing a plate, Josilynn recommend a new dish and I couldn’t have made a better choice myself. She was super attentive and made us feel very welcomed.(I think someone deserves a raise!!) will definitely be back soon! :D

Ok — not thegreatests –but not bad Had the gyro wrap and fatush. Not sure if this is authentic middle eastern or not. Funny thing is that there is a middle another mid eastern right next door. Salad not bad. Was t super busy at lunch time. It’s clean inside and much cleaner than the place next door. I want to come back to try their chicken rotisserie — Prices are not super high — good for a quick bite for lunch. Or to grab a full dinner to take home.

My boyfriend and I used always to get takeout from this location, but now that they’ve hired quite a few new employees, it has been quite a task to order food over the phone. I usually have to repeat my number at least twice, and having a couple of special requests(e.g., dressing on the side, no croutons, pita chips on the side) means either getting my order wrong or I usually just skip my «usual» special requests just to accommodate these incompetent newbies. I hung up on one of them a couple of weeks ago and ended up going to Chicken Maison(the girl who picked up the phone almost had me pulling out my hair from being so frustrated). Thank God Addie is still there. Juan unfortunately left the company. They both know exactly what I want. Now thats customer service. These new employees, on the other hand, are incompetent, slow(they put me on hold FOREVER, which you should not do for longer than 7 minutes, like tonight) and just are a bad representation of such a GREAT restaurant. We are going to Chicken Maison more now, as they also have great food, but theyre fast, reliable and you dont have to keep repeating yourself just to get your food ordered over the phone.

Free Water Bottle or Soda with Unilocal Check In! Chicken Dijon is located inside a strip center with Menchi. I stopped here for lunch the other day and ordered a gyro plate. The food came out fast. It was decent.

Good food(whole chicken is moist, gyro is flavorful, and sides are decent — may be too salty for some). Delicious sauces. Large portions. Friendly staff. Quick service(if you call in your order for pick up). The family combos are a pretty good deal for the amount of food you get. Highly suggest getting the Groupon for $ 25 worth of grub. Check-in for a free drink too.

I love the House Salad! It’s a great portion size to feed the hungry. While it has a bit too much chicken for my taste, it justifies the $ 10.99 cost. The salad consists of iceberg lettuce, yellow rice, chicken and Parmesan cheese. I request the vinegarette on the side. The salad comes with a side of two slices of pita bread and a spicy garlic aioli like sauce for dipping. The parking lot is small but sufficient. Call ahead to place your order. Not a place I would eat in at.
