I hate to leave one star. But their coffee is just DISGUSTING. Worst coffee I’ve ever had. They say they serve Tully’s — well if that’s the case I don’t know how Tully’s stays in business. It was seriously horrible. I had to throw my entire drink away! :’(I hate throwing money away! Their sandwiches and wraps aren’t great either, they consisted of mostly lettuce. So disappointing, I really wanted to like this place…

The Sun Belt Bfast Panini was pretty good. Very fresh tasting, not overly buttered or salted like other places. The Chai tea was ok. All-in-all, I like this place. I would visit again. The staff was friendly and fast and bring your food/drink to your table.

Came in and got a chai tea and a panini. The cashier was SO checked out(girl wearing a pink sweatshirt and had dark hair and bangs), she looked half asleep. Not friendly at all whatsoever. Might as well have ordered from a machine. The chai was okay, not amazing. The chicken BLT was pretty average, but I liked it. I tried to be as pleasant as possible and even smiled at the cashier and said thank you to see if she would change her attitude, but nope she barely forced herself to move her lips in an upward direction that resembled a smile and mumbled something. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. Maybe she’s overworked? Idk, but it’s not pleasant. Also, the seating on the inside is gross and old. Probably gonna come back only because it’s close to my office.

Today’s visit gets one star. The lady with blonde hair is rude. The other ladies are phenomenal! I love them. The Wake-Up breakfast sandwiches are usually amazing but today I noticed she charged me more. And she made a poor sandwich, meat on one half of the croissant. I’ve never been charged more, so I asked and she said it was because I got a croissant. The menu reads more if you get a bagel. I do not appreciate false advertising, regardless if it’s cents.

I really want to like this place. It’s super convenient and I’ve never encountered a line. The bagels are good, but it’s hard to mess up a toasted bagel… What really gets me is how bad the coffee is. They say they serve Tully’s coffee, and I don’t go to Tully’s so I’m not sure how their espresso usually tastes, but theirs is pretty poor. Comparable to gross drip coffee… Also, the first time I went I asked what flavors of syrup they offered and all I got was«uhhh…we have a lot…» so needless to say that didn’t really answer my question and I was deterred from trying something new.

Not good coffee(for a coffee connoisseur). But it gets the job done. Cute seating area and indoor fireplace. Great for reading, studying or meeting for coffee.

I really REALLY want to like this place under the new owners. Unfortunately I have not had very good experiences. The first time I went during the first week it reopened– I was pregnant and avoiding caffeine. I asked for a «decaf» mocha. The woman began making my coffee as I was paying. She handed it to me and her boss came running over and said, «No wait!!! She asked for decaf» and the barista was like, «Oh– we make decaf?» You’d think she would have told me they didn’t have decaf or something instead of completely ignoring me. I figured they were getting used to things, training people, sure– mistakes are going to happen. I went back again a few months later, and ordered a decaf mocha again and this time they got it right. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie to share with my husband and son. My husband took the first bite and said, «I bet this was pretty good– 2 weeks ago.» It was like a brick– we threw the whole thing away. It’s kind of gross to think about how long that was sitting out before we ate it. They are SOOO nice and the place is in a very convenient location for me, but I can’t continue to ignore the mistakes. I might try 1 more time, but 3 strikes and they’re out!

I normally have to add sugar to any latte I get, but for some reason, the coffee here is so good that I don’t need to! Great service, decadent french toast bagels, and I can bring my dog in with me which I LOVE! Sad to say though that I believe they just closed their doors. They will be sorely missed. :(

I was debating between a 4 and a 3. Its a 4 for Action Ridge, but it wouldn’t survive in Seattle. If they changed the décor up a bit, might change my perception. Coffee is ok, kind of depends on the barrista(but that goes for any place I guess). The Baristas are super nice. It has a Drive-Thru– BONUS! I feel like this summer they kicked it up a notch– new things in the deli case like fresh fruit, pre-sliced in cups, great for the kiddos! Also, recently started serving ice cream! Sophia had a scoop with fresh strawberries, whip cream and chocolate sauce, which meant I got to drink my coffee in peace :) My big nit is the bakery items. They have different brands and you never know what you are going to get. The scones from Alki are awesome, but Seattle Bakery(?) is disgusting. So, you have to ask, and 9 out of 10 you still have to double-check your order in case they try to slip SB to you, blech.

Really friendly staff, I visit Sorrento’s in spurts and they always remember my name and what I like. The coffee is good and I really like that they have a drive thru, a real plus on all our drizzley mornings. I especially love the 2 for 1 pastries after 2 o’clock, they stock Alki bakery goodies and I am addicted to the almond, and chocolate croissants. That said, they also have tons of sugar free latte options which are pretty tasty as well. I always stop by whenever I am up in Redmond Ridge, genuinely nice barista’s.

It’s close to my house, friendly staff, and good coffee. The drive thru is great if your in a hurry but there’s plenty of room inside to sit, relax and enjoy your drink. Try it, you’ll like it…

I come in here a few times a week or head thru the drive thru and agree with the other postitive comments~ these ladies that work here are just darling and always have a great attitude! The coffee may not be the greatest but it’s better than S******** and the fact that they’re animal friendly, have a drive-thru, a «10th-coffee-is-free» card. plus wonderful people working there make it a pleasant place to be. Plus, they have every flavor available in sugar-free. Go Sorrento’s!

I only went here once. But I love that there is a nice coffee shop near where I go to work now. I mean, I go to work in the woods now. I’m really happy there’s A coffee shop nearby. Five stars for that. Five stars for the fireplace. Clean and cozy. Americano was HOT. really really hot. & that’s good :) Now I should start a card here, too. Update Yes I started my card here… :) Even tho they use Tully’s coffee(which i didn’t notice/care the first time i went in), hey that’s alright. I won’t complain. Always great service here. Maybe people are happier in Redmond and that’s making me look at all the positive side,. Today I noticed that on the special board they had Valentine Themed hot drinks. Cute, I thought. So I ordered«Raspberry Kiss» which tasted like White chocolate with Raspberry just like the board said. Sweet. and Pink… and Hot and… and…It was GOOD. Not for everyday but for a valentine’s week it was just perfect. They have drive thru which I do use sometimes, but I actually like to walk into this café. Because the parking is always so easy there and there’s usually no line, and on top of that girls working there are pretty and nice, it’s worth getting off the car.
