Red Dingo

After waiting a week and a half for a tag I’d ordered through their website, I got sent the wrong one.
The tag I received is not the same design and is for a dog/​owner out of CA. Mistakes happen, they are fixing it and will update then.

I ordered tags through a pet store. Some way or another the associate that filled out the info got the phone number wrong by 1 number. I must have overlooked it in my rush. I was so excited to get these tags only to find out it was not my phone number on them. I emailed red dingo only for them to say it was my fault and they won’t fix it and to go to the store. As someone who works in customer service I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled this. Basically we won’t help, but thanks for your money.

Yes, the tags are beautiful, but they are impossible to get on a standard collar. Red Dingo supplies a ring that does not easily open making it impossible to ‘install’. WHERE IS THE S CLIP? What’s the point of a good looking tag if your dog can’t be identified? There are many companies with great looking tags, go with one of them.

This company was amazing! They immediately sent the tags we ordered, and when I emailed them about some of the print being small, the sent a new improved tag without question! Love the tags, they are beautiful, high quality, and competitively priced. Will absolutely do business with them again.

We have 3 dogs and they are an important part of our family. Our dogs tags are their wallets in case of emergency. I was so excited to get our order. We picked hip and fun designs that reflected each of our dogs personalities. Recently I looked at the tags and the engraving had worn off on all three of them. Thank God we noticed. For the price we paid this product was disappointing.

I love their tags. I got my two cats their lovely tags and after the first year, one kitty came back from her backyard excursion minus her collar and tag. I recently ordered her another one, this time in hot pink, but the tag never arrived. I sent them an email with my order# letting them know and after a few days, VOILA, another tag arrived in the mail!

Excellent tags. The others are as costly and the quality cannot touch Red Dingo. The only problem is when they get lost! So, this time, we ordered two!

These dog tags are stylish and substantial but the customer service at Red Dingo is not acceptable.
I have three dogs, each of which had Red Dingo tags. When we moved a few months ago, I ordered new tags with updated contact info. The retailer made an error on our address when filling out the form which I didn’t catch before I signed off on them.
The tags arrived, printed incorrectly as the retailer had outlined, but the address was listed twice (e.g. 101 Main Street, 101 Main Street). I contacted Red Dingo personally explaining that both the retailer/​buyer made an error as well as Red Dingo and asked if they could help me out. The person replying to email said she would look into it and then never replied. I reached out two other times and no reply.
While I recognize the retailer and I made an error, Red Dingo did also. I would have been more than happy to pay the cost for replacement but they didn’t have the customer service ethic to afford any reply. I have to believe with 3 dogs and a move (new tags), I have to be considered a good customer but the level of service I received when encountering a problem certainly didn’t reflect this.

The BEST TAGS ANYWHERE hands down. I too have bought the crap dog tags that are thin metal poor engraving that scratches off…
For the same price and in some cases less, Red Dingo makes a tag that is way thicker, stronger and the engraving is deep and clear. They offer a cool variety of graphics on the other side also. These are truly a lifetime tag, as long as Rufina doesn’t loose the darn thing. I had to contact their customer service and thinking I might be ignored like most businesses now days, I was impressed by their next day response and also their positive resolution to my small problem. Finally a company who backs their quality product with great customer service ! Jody E. @ Red Dingo is the bomb… Ordered online and received in the mail in 7 days…

I’m over the $ 4.95 doggie name tags that they have at the Petsmarts of the world right? Cheap metal, no color, barely readable etching. I do still have one of those from 5 years ago, but it’s on her ‘emergency’ collar and we rarely use it.
Because of this, three years ago, I shelled out a crazy $ 40 for a Swarovski crystal pink heart that she has worn day in and day out… played in the mud, at daycare, in the grass, in the bath. Happy to say that at least she has not lost one crystal in that little heart… that’s a good ROI, I admit it.
BUT now that we are moving and feel like we are leaking money every which way… something as simple as outfitting the pup with a new tag was fast falling to the wayside of memory. So, last time I was picking up her food… I was happy to see an advertisement at Sam’s Pet & Feed for Red Dingo tags
For $ 13.95 out the door and less than 2 weeks to arrival, my pup got her new address proudly etched into thick, shiny, polished, colored metal, super stylish and girly yet doesn’t break the wallet.
Cute designs, in all types of colors. So cheap I was able to get her TWO… an orange flower and a pink heart… yes sappy I know. Fill out the form, pay the $$ and off you go. Gotta love cheap, easy fashion for pups.
