Amazing flavors, nice people. Thai fried rice was prefect. Is in the space of the old thai place in the bella botega complex. Decent price lunch.

Pretty solid spice level and flavor. I got the drunken noodle«pad khee mao I think» as well as the spring rolls. It was pretty good. I’d like a little bit of sweetness to the sauce, but that’s personal preference.

I’ve been to Racha upwards of 10 – 15 times now in the past couple years and have had nothing but good food and good service. Sometimes, when dining in, it can be a little slow but I don’t mind as I don’t usually go out to eat when I’m in a hurry. Their carry out is very fast so if you need delicious food quickly, go that route. The menu is a bit more expensive($ 1-$ 2) than other Thai restaurants in the Puget Sound area but I’ve done the research and, in Redmond, every Thai place I found charges the same for their noodle dishes(such as phad thai). Such is life on the east side of the lake.

Time was, when this place rocked! In a previous avatar, Racha noodles was Typhoon… with rip roaring vibe, delicious food, talkative chefs interacting with guests across the counter of an open kitchen. The one, and only dish I used to come here for was… wait for it… DRUNKENNOODLES!!! The food was soo, soo good! And then there was a labor strike, the owners fired everyone, imported new labor from Thailand… and Tada, Racha noodles was born. Wish one could turn the clock back… Insipid fare, a little too bland, a little too spicy, a little too sweet, a little undercooked, a little overcooked, uninspired, hotel lobby music… such is the essence of Racha noodles. You’ve been warned.

We’ve been going here for years and I’m sad to say it’s been going down hill for a while. The last 3 visits have confirmed we need to find a new Thai restaurant in or near Redmond. There is one good waitress, the rest are completely disorganized. You ask for a refresh on your drink and it never comes, they take forever to bring your check and even longer to pick it up. The food while tasty is prepared very haphazardly. The soup has far too many chunks of food for the amount of broth, the chunks are huge and not cut small enough to eat in a single bite. We had the Phad Thai and the same issue with the size of chicken in the noodles. The pieces appeared as though they were never cut up at all. The kitchen just seems to have gotten lazy, and it’s really too bad because Racha used to be a good dinner option. I’m afraid it’s just not on my go to list at this point.

Went there for a quick lunch and the place turned out to be pretty good. My family was there in the plaza searching for a place for a quick lunch and ends in the Racha Thai. It was our first time trying the restaurant and place turned out to be great. Nicely portioned with excellent flavor. The grilled chicken was really tender and juicy. The seasoning is in the light side but allow you to taste the original flavor of chicken, and the dipping sauce is pretty strong. A little bit too sweet for me though. I was in the mood for some soup noodle so I got the duck soup noodle, which has a generous portion of duck meat in the soup. The broth was not as rich as I though it would be, but the nicely balanced sour and spicy flavor made up for it. The thin rice noodle was cooked just right, so it won’t break apart after soaking in the broth too long, which is nice.

Come here almost once a week. Great pad Thai and all curries are yummy. Good Tom Kai gai soup. Great lunch combos. Since we come so often the waiters have learned my fiancé likes lots of extra lines so they automatically bring for him now. Highly recommend.

I work really close by, so I come here about once a week for lunch. I’ve tried several things on the menu and each experience was great! I would recommend the racha noodles, garlic delight, crab fried rice, and wonton noodle soup.

Very tasty dishes. Pleasant atmosphere and easy parking. Service is efficient and friendly. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is that the portions were a bit small. Fine for a light eater, such as myself, but might not be enough for larger eaters.

Great food and service – just a little overpriced. My fiancée and I love to come here and order basil chicken, red curry chicken, pad see ew, chicken satay, coconut shrimp, etc., etc. It’s always been good, and the service has been prompt and friendly! Deducting one star because it seems overpriced. Guess that’s Redmond for you.

What happened to this place? Racha Noodle was great… what is «Thai & Asian Kitchen»? I think the recipes changed with the name. No longer a fan. Sad.

This place is usually good. But waiting 30 mins to get our order taken, dry over cooked chicken, and an hour for. food with only 5 tables busy is complete crap. This whole experience sucked. Won’t be back for a while. Do not come here on a Saturday afternoon. Waste of time. :(

Good food, and this would be a great restaurant if the food were not so overpriced. That is my biggest gripe with the place, and it’s a problem that could easily be fixed. I came here for lunch just because I was in the area, saw the place, and it caught my attention. They got almost everything else right; just lower the prices a bit and we’ll be good. I ordered the pumpkin curry($ 12.95) from the«today’s specials» menu. I asked for chicken in the curry, brown rice on the side, and a two-star spiciness. I timed the wait at twelve minutes, which isn’t a bad amount of time to make such a delicious meal. They gave me an additional plate for mixing the rice and curry together, but I never used it. Instead, I just scooped the rice into the curry and ate it that way. This was a very tasty and satisfying lunch, but it would have been more satisfying if I hadn’t been charged so much for it. According to the receipt, the brown rice added an extra $ 1.50 to the bill, which would have been nice to know in advance. Actually, it should have just been included because eating curry is senseless without rice. They know that. Oh well. At least I had a good lunch here.

I love this place! Thai is one of my favorite cuisines and Racha does everything right. The curries, the noodles, the appetizers, the soups… All stellar. Service is super friendly. I gave them 4 stars because sometimes the service is super slow. I’m totally willing to wait because the food is that good.

There’s a lot of options for Thai in Redmond, but I think this is one of the better ones. A bonus is that it is right next to Bella Botega cinema’s, so its a nice place to do dinner than a movie. They have a pretty extensive selection and high quality ingredients. They have a full bar with a seating area. The layout is open, with the kitchen being exposed. Comfortable booths are in the majority. The open layout can cause a lot noise, but hey your out to dinner in the public! The restaurant has unlimited parking, because it’s in a plaza. Try the coconut shrimp, its my favorite appetizer!

I don’t understand the poor reviews here — I have been here a bunch of times and have a great experience every time. Food: Thai Fried Rice, Chili Thai Fried Rice, Garlic Chicken, Pad Ke Mao, Red Curry, Panang Curry, and the dumplings… I love all those things SOMUCH it’s hard to order something else(and no, I don’t order them all at once(I wish!). In my experience 5 star means 5 star — they’re not messing around in the spice department. Drinks: Lychee Martini is one of the best ones I have ever had. Two of those and I’m ready for a good time! Service: Everyone has been so nice and so efficient. Rarely does a glass go empty for more than 30 seconds before someone is coming by to offer me something else to drink(another martini by chance) or some more water. Atmosphere: Nothing too out of the ordinary. It gets a little drafty by the front door though so if it’s not the best weather outside I recommend you ask to sit at a table near the back.

I was here recently and came in about 30 minutes before they close. I walked in and thought they would refuse service. Surprisingly, they let me in. Well, the restaurant was also fairly empty at that time. I wanted something quick. I reviewed its menu and the food is not cheap here. Entrees cost around $ 10 — 15 per dish. I decided to order its tower of appetizer and Tom Ka soup. The tower of appetizer is interesting. It has calamari, satay, peanut sauce, and something else. They were pretty yummy. I tried the Tom Ka soup and it was so good! It was really delicious and tasty. The place is spacious so you have plenty of room to move around in each booth seating. The music is relaxing too. Service was pretty good. Some staff were also just hanging in the back area because they were not many people dining at that time. I had a good meal. Not sure if I would be back here anytime soon. This is the first Thai restaurant that I have visited in Redmond. I may go somewhere else next time if I am in the area again.

Brought the family here(party of 3) for dinner after a movie at the next door Bella Botega 11. Décor very nice. Quickly greeted and immediately seated. Not busy on this sunday evening so servers had no trouble checking in on us. We started with the beautifully presented Racha Fresh rolls, cool spring rolls(rice wrapper) with vermicelli noodles and veggies inside, served with a delightful peanut sauce. $ 6.95 — 6 pieces. Followed with Soup Tom Kha(coconut milk soup) with chicken/oyster mushrooms, lots of wonderful flavor here, served hot pot style. Only complaint was the tiny little ladle barely better thana soup spoon. Higly recommend this. We each had two very full bowls. Since my wife/kid disdain spice, we ordered everything 2 star, and I asked the server to bring the ‘tray of death’, you know, the Thai trio of Thai Peppers/fish sauce, sambal oeleck(chile paste), and dry ground chile. Now, the chile paste appeared and tasted to be homemade — WOW!!! very good, I added a couple BAMS!!! to my soup, fantastic. Entrees we ordered were Pud Thai(why cant we agree on spelling?) with squid, and the lemon grass chicken. Rice is ala carte, we ordered one order of brown rice — but really, the lemon grass chix didnt come with any sauce to speak of, so… well, just brown rice is not high up on my list. The squid was overcooked a bit, and I thought the Pud Thai missed somehow, maybe needed more fish sauce. Or something. The lemon grass chicken with winter vegetables, cooked perfectly, tender chicken, was ok. I liked the zing from the lemon grass. Both entrée portions on the small side. Prices/dish about $ 1 – 2 higher than I thought warranted, and rice is ala carte $ 1.50/order, but I am in DT Redmond High Rent district. So I probably would have gone 4 star for the food/service, but it comes at a higher price, so I am left at 3 star. Outta there for $ 65 incl tip for 3(two thai iced coffees as well) — I’d come back here.
