My wife went there and almost cried after her appointment –Terrible service, Terrible color, terrible hair specialist. Waste of time and money. She’s never going back. Hair Masters– ye right

I have never been to this salon before. Being retired, I was looking for a reasonable cost for color & cut in Redmond — Good Luck with THAT! Anyway, I called for a 1:30 appointment on a Sunday. When I arrived, it took a couple of minutes to be greeted — only 2 gals working. They had double-​booked, but Mery said it would only be 15 minute wait, which it was. I needed color to cover the gray and a cut. Mery was very attentive to my needs/​wants. I walked out of the salon very satisfied. I managed to SAVE $ 97 (including tip) from my previous visits to higher-​priced salons in the area.

Save yourself some trouble and don’t go here. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, and stood at the reception desk for 20 mins waiting for someone to make an appt with or ask how long the wait was. Two stylists came by and checked out their clients but no one bothered to greet me or help me. I asked both if I could make an appt or talk to someone else, but all I got was a hand wave and they were back to either figuring out how to charge their clients or who was going to take the nest lady waiting in line since both stylists had spots waiting. Seriously? A hello might have helped. Or a polite we are busy right now???

I stopped by this hair masters this morning to get a quick cut and wow where my expectations exceeded. Raymond is the man to see over there. he takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does. he payed excellent attention to detail! I am always skeptical when I go into any hair masters great clips or chain locations but am very happy to say I would gladly recommend him to my friends and family. thank you Raymond! –Nate

First time here, and I’m ‘fraid it’s going to be my only time here. I have a simple haircut, short on the sides, and long on top. I made it very clear several times to my stylist that I wanted to leave the top longer, but despite that, it was cut waaaaay too short. I can understand a new stylist not cutting things right, but what disappointed me was that she ignored my request completely. Oh well, not a big deal, hair grows back, and I’ll have interesting photos for my birthday. Hopefully this is a rarity and not the norm as I do want the store to do well (and people to get decent haircuts)

Went into the Redmond location. Hair stylist says no need to check in — 15 minute wait. Come back in 10 and when I’m about to get my haircut, one of her regulars comes in and she says sorry, you have to wait another 15 – 20 minutes. Really? No thanks, a dozen other places that don’t have rude staff/​poor customer service, etc.

My family and I have been customers of this Hairmasters location for many years. We have been to other, fancier places in the past but believe that we get a better haircut here. Yes, that may sound shocking, but it is true. Pat is our favorite stylist. She cuts our hair expertly but also to our length and style specifications. Plus, she is amazingly kind. She always verifies that we like what we are getting. I leave feeling like I’ve been pampered and well taken care of. Thanks for being a treasure in Redmond!

If I had to choose one word to describe my stylist it would be insightful. Tanya was absolutely fabulous. I go so long without getting my hair cut because I can’t stand all the salon BS. She didn’t try to up sell me on a whole bunch of products and services
that I didn’t want. I told her what I would like and she did just that. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years. I almost wish it would grow faster so I could come see her sooner. I will defiantly be back for regular trims and conditioning treatments. Thank you sooooooo much. Oh and the price is exactly what I can afford to keep this great hair cut.

I used to go here all the time, and I’d get a decent cut. Then I started bringing my kids here, and they too got a passable cut. We always saw Pat, who is friendly and has worked there for many, many years. Then, twice, she gave my kids haircuts WAY shorter than they had specifically requested. One daughter actually cried after in the parking lot. She has never done that before, or since, as a stylist has never been shown such a disregard for her wishes. We’ve never returned.
