I called to ask if they have a frame in stock and the person who answers the phone(Colby) told me «I don’t have time right now, I’m with a customer»…wait, I’m not a customer that you can help because you have a more important customer in the store?

I like the optometrist and have been going to him for 7 or 8 years. I did not like the experience of buying my glasses and frames. I’ve had problems with lenses, which were wrong and shouldn’t have been made the way they were(bifocals when I didn’t need them). The lenses were replaced but the frames were not and I got the frames because the salesperson said they’d be good with a bifocal. I will not go here again and I would not recommend them to someone else. The service just isn’t worth it. In this day in age, there has to be another place to buy frames and lenses, even online.

One of the employees, Brad I believe, was so kind and attentive to my needs. He fixed a small part on my sunglasses for no charge and was very efficient with his work. The employees are all great and knowledgable here! My mom always talks highly of the efficient and quality of service here when she gets her glasses fixed, and I got to see that firsthand today.

I had very bad experience with them. they sold me sunglasses insurance and told me i can come and get any new sunglasses of same price in a year free of charge if any thing happened to my sunglasses i bought. When i went there approx after 6 months, first they started to get rude with me as to how did i get the lenses damaged and stuff. They are always very sweet at the time of buying and later for any adjustments or anything, they are mean and rude. They told me they can only give me exact same sunglasses and not any other and that too with a deductible and copay. I ended up spending more than half of the cost of sunglasses again and stuck with exact same sunglasses which was already out of trend then. Do not fall for smooth talking at the time of buying. actual customer service is known after you have given them money.

I’ve often wondered how the box eyewear stores have managed to survive, with glasses being readily available on the internet for a tiny fraction of the price. The answer is customer service. I went in here for a simple repair job — one of the nose pads on my frames had fallen off. My frames are not even from lenscrafters. I expected to pay $ 10 – 15 for the parts and labor, no biggie. I went inside, and did have to wait for a couple minutes(because they were busy). However, once someone was able to help me, they not only installed replacement pads, but the technician spent a couple minutes making sure the fit was perfect. And when I asked him how much I owed him, he said it was free! Nothing is free anymore! When he saw the shock on my face, he suggested that I might make a donation to their charitable program which helps distribute eyewear to those who may not be able to afford it. I happily tossed in a 10-dollar bill, and left extremely satisfied.

I’ve been going here for years. I always find a pair of glasses I am really happy with. I never wait to get my glasses in an hour; I don’t like the idea of someone fitting my lenses under time pressure… that’s just me. So mostly, what I am looking for is help picking out frames that work with my face. The sales associate I dealt with this week… I think his name is Troy… knows their inventory like the back of his hand. He could tell when I needed to add more frames into consideration and when it was time to decide. As we spoke about what I was looking for, he could walk across the store looking for a very specific pair and know exactly where to find them. With such a large selection of frames, this was incredibly helpful. I was worried about missing some fabulous pair. When it came down to deciding between two pair, he didn’t push me toward either one, despite the fact that one was twice the price of the other. I can’t wait to get my funky retro glasses!

The people here are nice but absolutely incompetent. They can never get things right, the 1 hour commitment does not apply to this store. They have absolutely no regard for making people wait. Very frustrating. The staff is usually very interested in talking to each other.

I never know where to start in trying to decide on new glasses. Size, shape, big small… ugh! so many decisions and I always feel they all look goofy. The people in the store greeted us and gave us good tips on fitting glasses to our face shape. If you need glasses quick, this is your place as they can get a pair of glasses back to you in a few hour.s. Did we buy here? no, pricing seemed high-when comparing to other options in the area. They do often have coupons which help with the cost.

I had a terrible experience at this place! I went in for glasses and contact prescription. They totally overbooked their doctors. The doctor was seeing two patients at the same time. He rushed my appointment and OVERADJUSTED my sight! I end up having an over adjusted glasses and I can’t exchange the lens unless I pay more! This place is terrible, I will never go back again. Also, this place also took a picture of your eye ball so they can charge insurance for more money. If you are just getting glasses or contacts prescription, this picture not necessary. The owner of this store doesn’t care about customers. He/she only cares about making more money off you.

The doctors here are wonderful with children. I have four kids, 13 – 4 and each of them is treated with respect, patience and kindness. I would definitely recommend the doctors here. :)

I just got back from an eye exam from the attached optometrists office here, and it was quite a pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and friendly, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. Since it’s Lenscrafters, it’s a little more pricey than say, going to Target for an eye exam, but I think it’s worth it as they did such a great job.
