Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! They left the door open when I was naked in the room. They went to answer the phone in the middle of the service and came back with cold hands on my body. I could smell cigarettein the towel or massage chair. The service is aweful.

I have now had two massages here and both have been wonderful. The lady who works here is really nice and her massage is soothing in so many ways. My first appointment was a walk in and the next an appointment which was booked very easily and quickly. Walking in, you are straight into a warm room with plenty of space, gentle music and soft towels. Undress, face down with a towel over the top. The first part of the massage is done over the top of the towel to begin which is nice. It then moves on to a beauitful chinese massage which is so much nice than the usual hollistic/swedish massage. The lady also uses a warm, damp towel to remove a lot of the excess oil which means you don’t slide down the street when you walk out. Currently it is $ 50 for an hour which is a real bargain.

I have long been a big supporter and customer of therapeutic massage businesses since I first went to Hong Kong in 1993. In that part of the world the massage spas know just how to tuck-and-roll your body into a relaxed and refreshed state. I found similar spas in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California. While in Redmond for the weekend, my wife and I, along with my brother and his wife, decided to get couples massages during our visit. The concierge at our hotel recommended Evergreen Health Massage which was basically across the street from where we were staying. We dropped in to the spa and asked for an appointment for all of us at 10:30am the next day. The girl behind the desk said«OK.OK» to all of our questions and requests. We were on for 10:30am the next day. We arrived and were promptly receiving apologies that the fourth masseuse was not able to come in. We decided that one couple would go first while the other shopped in the area. An hour later we switched rolls. They were very accommodating in the areas I needed to have done, specifically my lower back. My masseuse did a very good job and took advantage of every one of the 50 minutes we secured. The rooms are much larger than the 8×12 closets most spas stick you in. The had to be 12×16 or larger with dim soft lighting. Never did I feel crowded. Subtle Asian inspired music gently wafted from the hidden speakers. In talking to one of the masseuses we discovered that she had only been working at Evergreen for about 3 months. She has moved to the area from San Gabriel, CA. That’s right, the same area that is known for Asian style massages in SoCal. Turned out the Evergreen was a recent business venture of her family. What made this experience the absolute best, 50 minutes for $ 50 plus tip. An absolute bargain when we are used to paying $ 75 or more for the same service and experience in SoCal.
