23 reasons why i absolutely hate the Bakers in Redlands. #19-the workers are rude. #20-the workers are — — — –i dunno? Slow? Incompetent? Just straight up stuck up assholes? I’m not sure but stopped by cause I was close on Father’s Day, so i ordered a Papa Chicken Burrito Combo. So when i come up to pay, the Mexican girl at the window let’s me know it’s $ 4 bucks and change and hand me one bag, no drink, just one bag… So i say, «Is that it?» She asks,“What did you order?” I reply,” Well i thought i ordered a Papa #7?” She replies, «Well I didn’t charge you.» So charge me the right price you outstanding customer service specimen?! Litlle did she know, I am the Bakers cult of followers and know what the deal of the day is, today, tomorrow and 23 days from yesterday? I’m a loyal Bakers fan, right? Well she didnt even offer or say it was the deal of the day, me being a Father and all-OMG i was livid. Well shit i am calm now and will avoid the Bakers in Redlands on Redlands Blvd, like the plague… I hope enough of my fellow Unilocalers had the same experience and will boycott this location and pray an In-N-Out opens in it’s place…

Went back to use my gift card. Boca burger. An overpriced tiny little veggie burger, not bad, not great, way too small for $ 5. Carls, Wendy’s, Jack in the box and small restaurants all make more value. Drive through would not take gift card. Said to go inside. Are you kidding me! I just waited in line of three cars. I said this is ridiculous. She then ran my card through. Strange.

I love Bakers! Seriously when my husband and I moved to Las Vegas for 2 years stopping by bakers on the way there and back was a MUST. My fatty meal is the 2 bean and cheese burrito meal with a Diet Coke power size, extra hot sauce! I put the fries in my burrito and douse it with hot sauce… Yes that is how you do it people!

I love Baker’s. It’s not the healthiest fare, but the bean and cheese burrito’s are the best anywhere. I like everything I’ve ever had there. The tacos, burritos, hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches are all good, and keep me coming back.

This place is a joke. I think they intentionally put dumb bitches at the drive-through just so they can fuck up your order. They assume you want things that you don’t want incises that you don’t want and then they messed up your order and say that there omitting something that you do want and adding something that you don’t want I swear to god if they could get an order right somebody would have to bronze medal their asses because that’s the only thing I would give them gold isn’t anywherein their vocabulary of standards. Don’t waste your time go to Del taco this place is a fucking joke

Killing me here on a Sunday afternoon… lots of workers few customers and shorted my order… drove back and waiting an eternity for food they forgot to put in my drive thru bag. I was nice about it and not even an «I’m sorry!» Good managers are needed here even when there is no rush. I could have made this more quickly at home.

Bakers is my all time favorite fast food place. They have the best everything. I usually get a bean and cheese burrito combo and a ground beef taco on the side. They have anything you could be craving. They also have amazing breakfast! I’m about to grub on my breakfast burrito with potatoes added inside. I can’t wait! If you are ever in the inland empire it’s a must have. The only thing I wish is that they would expand more outside of the inland empire.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. The employees are always friendly and accommodating, I’ve never had an issue with getting a wrong order fixed or doing substitutions. The dining room is kept clean. The food is on par with every other Bakers in the area. Yes, it does get packed come 2:15 on weekdays when RHS lets out but seriously if you have a problem with that you should just avoid this whole section of the boulevard at that time. The staff is as quick as possible with filling orders and do their best to be responsive during this window but it is not their job to control the mass influx of unruly teenagers.

I was sitting in here waiting for food. High School let out and place was flooded with high schoolers. Food fights, throwing of other things, yelling, shoving… Manager did nothing… Fries were not hot and waited 10 minutes for food.

This is the worst Baker’s in the Inland Empire. Baker’s is known for their burgers, tacos, burritos, etc. and this place is notorious for making them too greasy. If you can, go further down Redlands Boulevard to the other Baker’s restaurant in town. It’s way cleaner and doesn’t have high schoolers smoking in the parking lot.

This restaurant chain and this particular site especially has the worst management you could ever imagine. They refuse to make substitutions even when you are willing to pay extra. The manager Pam will treat customers rudely and acts like the soup nazi from Seinfeld if you ask for exceptions. Don’t believe me? Ask to put the Caribbean Chicken in their Chicken Quesadilla. They won’t do it. That’s right, you want chicken with one type of sauce instead of the other type of chicken. Nope. Can’t do it. It’s not like they have an entire kitchen or something? The kids that work there are great and the food is decent but the policies established by the nazi régime management makes this place worse than the largest fast food chains around.

Ok I would like to say that normally I like their burgers(w grilled onions), however this time I went for a simple green burrito. The girl at the intercom asks if we are ready. We say no. She asks again a lil more impatiently… umm there is nobody behind us since it’s so late at night sooo… can you wait til I’m ready? Then me and my husband get our order of 2 burritos and go home. So I’m eating my burrito and there is something foreign in it. A rubberband gross! So my husband is all grossed out and he doesn’t want to eat his burrito either. He calls baker’s and tells them what they’ve done, and the dumb broad asks him, «well what kind of rubberband? Well, you can bring the rubberband and the burrito back in the morning(when the manager is there).» Are you kidding me! Yes I’m gna save your stupid burrito til morning so your manager can look at your nasty rubberband burrito you gave me! NO! Instead I will let Unilocaler’s know to steer clear of this dumb Baker’s that likes to add office supplies in their food!

Friendly employees, clean place, good food. Par for course when it comes to the Bakers franchise. No complaints. Heads up though: This place is right next to a high school so it gets pretty crowded when school is out.
