Pretty dirty floors and tables. Busboy cleared tables with wiping tops down. Salad bar trashed and food all over floor. Got pizza and asked where the extra toppings were and was told they were out of ingredients.

Came here while the car was getting service at lithia, came for the lunch buffet and it was just OK. Typical round table lunch buffet, took 5 minutes to get fresh pizza, salad bar was mediocre. Service seemed friendly but is overshadowed by an old restaurant and pizza that is just basic. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Nothing but problems with this particular location from getting the order wrong to forgetting to bring parts of the order. On top of that every time I have ordered from here I always have to deal with being charged for the same order multiple times. It’s truly ridiculous and detours me from ordering from this location

Stopped by for a lunch buffet with the family. Shanon was very helpful and courteous. Without our asking she offered to provide some vegetation pizza at the buffet table. The salad bar items were all fresh. We were really hungry after a hike and enjoyed the food. Will visit again.

Absolutely deserves no stars! First off me and my husband love round table usually but we just moved here and ordered from this location and it was the worst experience! Completely messed up our order and we paid 34 $ for it, they forgot two of our ingredients and added ham on half when we specifically asked for no ham. Will not be ordering from them again it is was to over priced for service like that!

If I could rate no stars I would. I can’t stand this round table. Only reAson I ordered from this one is becAuse the Dana location tells me I am out of their jurisdiction. The person on the phone asks if I will need anything else I usually have the same list of things for the delivery driver: parmesian peppers paper plates and ranch. I am lucky to ever recieve any of those things without having to call the store and complain. Today, the driver Was snippy and rude and basically told me
I was shit out of luck. why are people so rude when they are working? I just don’t understand. I’ll be calling Shasta pizza co. Next time.

What pisses me off about this location is that I have ordered twice the same pizza and each time it’s fucked up. I have ordered a large gourmet veggie with red sauce and ½ cheese, each time the pizza comes and the gourmet veggie is less than half the fucking pizza. Now I’m paying full price for a premium pizza you would thing they could get it right.
Last time I went in to pick up my pizza and when they showed it to me I asked, «Why is the gourmet veggie less than half?», and the response was, «That’s how they made it.»
I was going to ask for the manager but I figured why bother because I had just walked in on a conversation that the staff were having bitchin’ about having to work till 12 a.m. on a Wednesday night.
What the fuck? Paying $ 30+ for a fucking pizza which was less than half of what I ordered? You know I could go across the street and buy a Little Caesar for $ 5 for about what I got yesterday. Maybe I will next time.
Totally not happy.

Let’s be honest, Round Table has the best chain pizza in Redding, albeit a bit on the expensive side. Normally Round Table is a pleasant experience, with a fantastic salad bar to boot, but this specific Round Table manages to have the absolute worst service times.
You can easily sit for over an hour waiting for a single pizza when there is nobody in the restaurant. You might be lucky enough to have someone stop by and check on you, but that doesn’t exactly mean your pizza will show up soon.
Round Table could easily get a 4-​star review from me, but the wait time at this location absolutely ruins the experience.

All the lettuce was brown. Another customer finally asked for fresh, greener leaves. The tables are sticky and dirty, varnish mixed with old oil from pizza. Salt, pepper, cheese shakers slimy with grease, all for $ 7.49 (went up .50) each. Yuck. I can’t believe I ate there. Last time for sure.

Sorry guys, but my delivered «large» pizza barely fed a family of 4. All the pepperoni sunk into the middle of the pizza, there was barely any cheese or sauce, and half of each slice was crust (and not the delicious crunchy kind that Round Table is known for).
I can’t tell you how sad I am about this. Today was my «cheat day», and I wasted it on this blah pizza. Not to mention my money as well. I expected much more from you, Round Table. You really let me down. Never again :-(
P. S. My request of having a cat eating pizza drawn on the pizza box was not fulfilled. So bummed.

I have liked Round Table since moving to California in 1983. They are a bit pricey. With Little Caesars across the street with decent Pizza for about 1⁄3 the cost. Also they have a lunch buffet, and are very poor at keeping it stocked, with small variety.

This Round Table is better than most but could use some improvement… the managers and supervisors kinda just sit around and micro-​manage the crew… i was quoted a wait time of 20 minutes for my pizza and it was more like 35 but the salad bar was very clean unlike other round tables i have been to
