I have nothing but positive reviews for Miller Collision Center. I ran over a rock (closer to boulder size) and ripped loose several plastic/​rubber parts on the right rear quarter panel as well as a number of scratches and a small dent. They had the replacement parts very quickly, they did the work very quickly and I thought the price was fair. They were more than willing to only fix what I wanted fixed and not add more to the job. They also let me use their company vehicle for an hour or so while they were doing the repairs. That was definitely above and beyond.

Not even deserving of one star. My daughter chose this shop to repair her 2012 Nissan. After 13 days, I went with her to get the «completed» car. Jim walked around the car with us. The replaced front fender, had a crease in the wheel radius. VERY obvious! I can’t believe the body man & painter couldn’t notice that! Then the fender & door no longer align properly! Apparently Progressive Ins would only allow USED parts. They scratched the window tint when they replaced the door skin. And the front wheel was supposed to be fixed or replaced because it was scraped. NOPE! Not touched. So, Jim apologized for the sub-​standard work. He said they would take care of it all. Make it right. Since they would need the car back for two more days, he offered her a loaner car. I heard this! Now he denies offering a loaner, for her inconvenience. Do NOT use this shop!

So after pulling my car from this shop for pour customer service I had been working on my car myself minor cosmetic damage little bit of welding to do. While replacing my bumper I see they have not only lost bolts but parts also like WTF did you do to my car. After being charged $ 140 for a FREE estimate. I will steer everyone I know away from this shop. NEVER AGAIN BTW THE OWNER IS A DICK.

Miller Collision Center took care of my car 110%. The customer service was OUTSTANDING and they made sure I was happy and in the loop all of the time. I live approx 3 hours away, so it would be hard for me to say that I would go back to them; however, if I ever make it to the Redding area again with damage to my car, I will be going to Miller.
