Guiton’s Pool Center – A BioGuard Platinum Dealer

In the winter of 2013 – 2014 we payed $ 400+ for a new heater for our hot tub, their service tech Eric did a great job. In late 2014 we needed a leak fixed on one of the jets. Once again Eric came out and fixed the leak by replacing the jet housing.
Eric fixed the leak but we could not use the hot tub because our old jet body was too big for the jet housing he installed, and there was no back pressure to actually move the water through the jets with 1 jet body missing.
Called in December for a request to have it fixed. No one called us or came to fix it. I called in January and talked to Aaron and he asked to have my husband bring in the old jet, he took it in and Aaron basically told him it was his problem. I called in February and talked to Rick, Rick looked up the work order and asked if he could call me back, I said please do, no return call.
I called again in June and I talked to Rick and I asked him if we were black listed and he apologized and said he would definitely get to the bottom of this and get someone out to fix it. I told him we had another jet leaking and needed it replaced also.
Well, no one ever called back. In July we loaded up the Phoenix Spa and took it to the dump. Thanks for nothing Guiton, you people are not very customer service oriented.

They’re rude! Didn’t even say thank you or have a good day when I left after a purchase. My husband and I have spent hundreds of dollars there.

We have had several swimming pools designed and built by Guiton’s Pool Center over the years and we cannot say enough about the the professionalism of the company. The quality of our pool and deck construction, courtesy of the construction crew and aftercare service employees plus the creative pool design makes the process a delightful experience. In addition, we contract with Guiton’s for year-​around pool service and have found it well worth the added expense — our pool always looks perfect! If I have any problems — a quick call to Sheri and she has our service person respond immediately. The owners and management team are top-​notch and are to be congratulated for their commitment to customer service! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Girl at the desk was courteous and knowledgable, fixed my problem in a hurry and charged me what I deemed to be a fair price. That’s about as good as a business transaction can get.

These guys are absolutely great! Every time I have needed help on trying to figure out what to do about my pool these guys always give me good advice. If you buy your products from them they will do a computer analysis for you on your pool water. Very impressed with the level of customer service. I give them 4 stars for overall great customer service but some products are priced pretty high.

Guiton’s taught me a valuable lesson this week: when getting services from a storefront business, check to see if THEY are giving you the service or if it is being farmed our to a contractor.
In this case, I wanted my pool tile cleaned. Instead of referring me to the contractor, they charged me a premium to simply make the phone call themselves. Not cool, especially when Guiton’s is expensive enough as it is.
When I complained and told them I am a long-​standing customer who bought my energy-​efficient pump from them among other services, Sheri literally put up her arms in a big shrug as if to say, «too bad». Also not cool.
They said it was because that way they could «guarantee the work». Well, I can do that myself with the contractor.
I guess I’ll have to check into Leslie’s pools on Cypress or doing things online.
