Went to cosmoprof they were rude and not at all helpful. If I was the owner I would be so embarrassed to have employees like the two girls that were there.

The ladies here were very rude. We came in before they were about to close I guess and they kept telling us that we need to leave and they are going to close their registers down while we were still deciding on the hair color. It was only about ten minutes after they closed. They shouldn’t be pushy and that is not professional. They could have told us their hours when we first walked in to let us know when they close. We had no idea they closed as early as 4 pm.

I love Cosmoprof! AND I am greatful of the women who work at our local Redding store. Every time I walk in I receive a «Hello», and have always been offered help in finding what I need. I have been in different cities and the service has not always been the same-​so, BRAVO to the Redding team!
I do nails, and since the expansion of products a while back… I feel like I am in the store every week!
Knowledgeable staff, who are always friendly, and look the part of a beauty professional!
