Dynamik Sports

This sports store is OK at best. First off, it’s super tiny and really caters to the local Reading sports teams. You can get a lot of great hockey, soccer, baseball, etc. equipment here. They even offer gift certificates as well. If you are looking for a wider, more encompassing equipment selection seek elsewhere!

Great place, great atmosphere. The place is a mom and pa’s hockey store. In the world of malls & wal marts it’s good to have it around. The gear is great but very pricey. Great selection of sticks, gloves, helments of all hockey types. I prefer reebok and warrior and theres a great selection of products but it comes with a high price tag. It’s understandable. It’s a great place to get your skates sharpen. Staff is friendly and very nice to the costumers.

Dynamik is about 25 miles from my home. To get there I have to pass three or four other sporting goods stores as well as one of the «Mega» sporting good stores. Let me tell you… it is ALWAYS worth the trip. They do a great job, they don’t over sell you and there repairs are quality!!! Reading is worth the trip.

Mark at Dynamik Sports in Reading is the one person you’ll need to know when it comes to hockey equipment. In fact all the people at Dynamik are knowledable and honest. They sell high quality hockey gear at low prices. Thanks guys! Jude L.

A friend of mine turned me onto Dynamik perhaps 15 years ago or so. Having come to know Mark and the whole family I won’t go anywhere else for my hockey purchases.
It helps that Mark has played at a very high level yet treats everyone like family. Like others have posted he gave me very good prices and very good advice on new equipment lines as they compare to the previous years models.
Keeping sports stores like this in business is so important as the big box stores (Pure hockey) don’t have ¹⁄₁₀₀₀^th of the service, knowledge or allegiance to customers.

First off, this is a family business, and as a business owner myself, i love shopping at other small businesses.
My experience here was amazing, i am a former hockey player looking to get back into playing, so i went to dynamik to get all new equipment (all i had from my days were skates, gloves and a helmet!)
Mark took such great care of me, didnt make me feel silly for being a 31 year old buying new hockey equipment, and had me in and out in no time with all new equipment.
Now, the prices… Mark knew i was working in a budget but still hooked me up with all top brand name stuff for WAY less than i expected. $ 260 for pants, shoulder pads, shin pads, elbow pads, shirt, and socks… They also sharpen and widen skates for cheap and have tons of sticks in stock too.
They arent only a hockey shop either, i saw lacrose and soccer stuff there too.
All in all this was the easiest shopping experience i have ever had. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were great. I will definately be back and will recommend them to everyone.
