Creative Playthings in Reading has some of the best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Linda at the showroom was very friendly and knowledgable. Rick the manager was very attentive and followed-​up multiple times along the way to make sure everything was in order. And the installers were on-​time and did a great job assembling a high quality product. Definately the go-​to-​place for all your swing set needs!

OK, so lets keep this brief. My experience at Creative Playthings in the past week has gone from zero to hero. Summed up quite nicely by the statement above ‘Woohoo! As good as it gets!’
The reason for my dramatic turnaround in my opinion can be directly attributed to one man. The CEO and President of the Company Mr Donald Hoffman. This gentleman was not only highy responsive to my situation but also treated me with a great deal of respect and empathy. An all round really nice guy who always wants to do the right thing for the customer. His actions were accurate and timely, and delivered in such a manner that I only wish I had met the guy the day I bought the swingset. His communication and subsequent actions have totally changed my opinion of the company. This true leader is inspirational and I am confident that with his direction any future customer service issues that he is aware of will be dealth with swiftly and correctly. He has given me the confidence to recommend this company if you want a quality product with quality service.
