Dunkin’ Donuts

Been coming here all year these guys work hard with a great big smile on their faces! Everyone is polite and friendly and the coffee is always fresh. Great job guys, by far the best dd this side of town!

I work in this plaza and have been a customer here for 11 years. It’s always been a bit slow but most employees friendly until recently. Some of the women here in the past year have had the worst attitudes. I mean straight hood. You order your coffee, they mess up, you tell them and if looks could kill… well you would be dead. The huff, the eye roll, the complaining to coworkers under their breath. Just awful. Recently my coworker had a slight altercation with an employee here. Attitude given, attitude given back. You know. Well the employee came in (twice!) looking for my coworker. The 2^nd time she actually threatened to beat the poo out if her in the parking lot should she ever disrespect her in her workplace again. Really?! Just crazy. The police were called and come to find out she already had a warrant out for her arrest! Maybe it’s me but I would probably try to behave if I already was I. So e trouble. I need coffee but not that bad. Btw Marylous is across the street and a happier dunks a little down the road. The guys here are all very nice though.

Really bad service by the order taker Patricia, who never actually looked up at me at all. Ordered a bagel not toasted and coffee. Told her that I wanted the bagel not toasted 3 separate times finally another girl came up and told her how to take away toasted and put cream cheese on the side on the receipt. Guess what the bagel was toasted, and when I refused it I was told there were no more of the bagels I ordered. I asked for another different bagel and was called an a**hole by the girl who seemed to be in charge behind the counter. Three other customers could believe it either!
When I complained on their survey I got a response and then 5 days later a call from the store from the exact same person who swore at me, did not leave a name just a message that she would call back. She called when I was at work and probably knew that no one would home at 1030 AM on a weekday.
Please go to Mary Lou’s down the street at the Shell station. They have people who look at you when you order and LISTEN to you also.
I won’t go back!

Listen, the big question for Coffee Drinkers is do you like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. Well I dont want to mortgage my house for a cup of coffee, I dont want to learn a new language to order a cup of coffee and I dont want to wait all day. That makes me a DUNKIN DONUTS FAN !

I regularly stop here for the morning coffee on my way to work.
The service is great and the employees regularly strike up conversation about current events (since there’s a TV blaring CNN every morning). Everyone is friendly and the place is CLEAN!
Sometimes there is a line out the door, sometimes the service can be slow; however, they get your order right every time. There is no drive-​through, either.
