PATHETIC SERVICE
Man, let’s use this company. I spent 2 hours this morning waiting for a customer service agent. She passes the buck to another lady… and then another. Not resolved yet… no internet, writing this from my iPhone

Although I’m no longer a Cox residential customer I still deal with Cox at work as our ISP. Rarely do we ever encounter network outages and nine times out of ten it’s on Cox’s end — usually being resolved in a timely fashion after a quick call to technical support. My dealings with sales and technical support have been professional and satisfactory.
If you’re a SOHO or a small business owner I would definitely give Cox a consideration in South OC.
