Sometimes a «deal» is not a deal. Voted most terrible customer service ever! I bought the tooth brush package from here and have only had it for a few month and it has stopped working. The battery is fully charged but the tooth brush with just turn off while you’re brushing your teeth at random intervals and not come back on very easily. The oral-b one I owned prior to this lasted over 8 years and was still working(should have just kept using that), so I bought a ton of tooth brush head refills for this smile bright piece of junk assuming that it would last me awhile. Very, very poor quality! I contacted«customer service» who actually got back to me in 3 days of sending first email. They said they needed model number, serial number, etc, etc, etc. So I immediately sent them that information, then I sent it again, then I sent it again, no one to this day has got back to me and it is weeks later. I am going to buy a Sonic care from Costco for around the same price and throw away the smile bright tooth brush and all the wasted replacements tooth brush heads I bought. Lesson of the day: Just because you save a few dollars in the short run doesn’t make this purchase a win in the long-run. My advice: if you don’t have enough money for the sonic care system right now; saving your money and brushing your teeth with barbwire and human feces is a major improvement over this piece of shit product and non-existent customer service! Please learn from my mistake and don’t support shady businesses.

Unfortunately, the customer service is virtually non-existent at this company! I bought a voucher for a toothbrush kit. I tried the product, but decided to go with Sonicare instead(which is sold at the same price at Costco). I sent 5 emails to Smile Bright Store requesting a refund and instructions for returning the product, but received no reply even after two weeks(two emails, including the one sent to the email address listed in the shipping confirmation email to me from the company, bounced back as undeliverable). I also tried calling a number of times and could never reach a live person. Finally, I left voicemail, but again received no response or any acknowledgement from the company. Unbelievable. It doesn’t matter how good the product is, if the company does not care about its customers, I am not buying their products ever again.
