Elite Window Fashions

When it was time to find custom window treatments for my home I called three other companies, including Smith and Nobel. But none could match the time, effort, and service that Richard at Elite provided. He came out to my home and really listened to our concerns and needs. Thanks to him I know we made the best choice for our window needs.

I don’t know the quality of Elite’s work; it never got that far. I went into their office twice and spoke to the receptionist. Both times she told me that the person I needed to consult was out but he would give me a call. Three days later, I am still waiting for his call.

Dont call this place. They are a mess. Noone ever answers their phone. I left them 4 messages in a matter of a week. My staff left 2 messages and my business partner called once. Noone ever got back to us until I left a voicemail explaining my frustration. I finally spoke with someone and they managed to get me an appointment to come out to my business to set up first measurements and meeting. I asked their receptionist if their guy will be coming for sure because its a Friday night, we’re closed and I will be driving all the way down there specifically for him because I needed something done soon as I had been trying to get a hold of them for some time. They promised me that they would be here by 5pm, it is now 539pm and I received a message from them that they cancelled the appointment on me and is not showing up.
Then after listening to the message they left about cancelling on me, they tell me that I have to reschedule but that they will be closed from now until the following week. So now theyre closed for a full week probably due to the holidays. So I cant even call them to reschedule even if I wanted to because THEYRE NOT THERE FOR ANOTHER WEEK! I have had it with this place. Not worth it and they will call you back after 10 attempts to call them. When they finally contact you they will no-​show on you. Unbelievable! I’m a sincere understanding person… but i’m sorry this is flat out wrong and unprofessional. I would give them ZERO stars but unfortunately this wont let me give less than 1 star. UNBELIEVABLE!
