I don’t come here often but I tell you each time I come the lady at the register is always super nice and polite, I always feel welcomed, also the food is ready real quickly and its as usual tasty.

I am pretty mad that they put mayonnaise and mustard on the burger I ordered when I specifically asked for them not to. It’s also annoying to me that when I ordered some zucchini, a fry was on my plate as if they were mad they had to make zucchini at all. I also noticed that the cook was wiping her head while handling food. Pretty sure that is a health code violation.
The two stars is for the burger (it was good after I wiped the unwanted condiments off of it). I am just mad at this place, WON’T go back

Walked into an issue with customers and the workers didn’t know what to do, 10 minutes later I was finally able to order only after being the next person in line. The lady got confused on my order which was a simple order. I’m assuming they are new workers it it seems like the majority of them are new.

In my lifetime I have witnessed the steep and sharp decline in customer service. Never has it been so evident than the customer service at this Carl’s Jr. Rude does not even come close to describing the attitude of the staff.

Average Carl’s Jr., nothing to write home about. Don’t get me wrong, the food is ok but like most of fast food restaurants, what gets you excited about the place is their customer service and this place is just average, unfortunately.

Mixed reviews. Using their 2−4−1 coupons; trying out things I wouldn’t buy at full price.
$ 6.00 burger can be tasty IF it’s hot. Bacon/​cheeseburger is tasteless and the onion rings were soggy and gross. (It is against the laws of science to put a fried item next to a wet item like ketchup and expect an onion ring to stay crispy!) Chicken fillet had a good portion of chicken except it was really dry, BUT the roll was like a brioche roll and very good. Also good are the milkshakes. They use real milk and real ice cream. Not too sweet like most places and will leave the shake chunky if you ask. Service has always been efficient and friendly, inside or drive thru.

I don’t really like Carls Jr. burgers or anything much at any chain fast food place. I’m rarely 2 am drunk needing a face full of greasy self loathing to keep my stuff together enough to make it home.
Yes those days are far behind me. No really, I swear.
I do however find their bean and cheese burritos addictive. Go figure.
Every once in a while I’ll heed the call of that odd little unrelenting voice in my head demanding that I get a bean and cheese burrito fix.
And on that little floury tube of gooeyness alone I bequeath Carls Jr. Thrice a star.

Fuck this Carls. They’ve gotten my drive through order wrong on way too many occasions. The times I’ve returned, the employees were completely unapologetic, as if a customer getting the wrong food is routine and no big deal.

I’he been here twice. Both times the food was not hot. The second time I was surprised to get dinged for a $ 1 fee for paying by ATM! What a rip-​off. Wrote to Carl’s and they were unapologetic. Needless to say, I will not return here ever, and have all but cut CJs off my list. They can choke on that dollar.

This is the best Carl’s JR I have been to in terms of quality of food and customer service. Compared to the other Carl’s JR restaurants around like Carson Torrance areas. This Carl’s JR is in palos verdes, ca a very high end area. I’m assuming that’s why the quality is better. This place is also very clean. Very fast service. During school days you will see kids coming in ordering food, which can sometimes get loud. I also see a lot of good looking females here and many retired folks. But overall you won’t be disappointed. I have never tried their drive through please check it out.

The only times I really go to Carl’s Junior are when I have coupons. Fortunately, Carl’s Junior dishes out a lot of these. I get them in the mail and with my newspapers all the time. Many times they are something like get two sandwiches for $ 4.00 or get a free drink with a purchase of a burger. Sometimes you can get lucky and get a buy one get one free deal!
They are adding many low carb and «healthy» options. Last week I had a guacamole turkey burger, and I must say, it was not bad at all.
All of their six dollar burgers are also an OK option for when there is nothing else around or you simply have no time to spend ordering at other places. Of course I would prefer an In-​n-​out burger almost everyday, but they have huge lines even for their drive through at peak hours.
Carl’s Junior is probably one of the best «shitty» fast food places out there… if that makes any sense: D
